PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel 347 plate is a variant of the standard austenitic stainless steel. It contains a higher amount of niobium and tantalum which gives it improved intergranular corrosion resistance. 347 stainless steel is also highly resistant to oxidation and has good creep strength. It is often used in applications where elevated temperatures and harsh environments are present, such as in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The plate form of stainless steel 347 is available in various sizes and thicknesses to suit different applications.
