These Alloy C276 Sheets is used in a variety of environments from moderately oxidizing to strong reducing conditions. Hot forming should be performed within a temperature range between 1600 Degree F and 2250 Degree F (870 Degree C – 1230 Degree C) with heavier sections heated to a minimum of 2000 Degree F before forming.
These Alloy C276 Plates offered by HT PIPE FITTINGS CO.LTD is a versatile austenitic nickel – chromium – molybdenum – tungsten alloy. Parts which have been hot - formed should be solution heat - treated prior to final fabrication or installation, if possible. A prime advantage of these Hastelloy C276 Coils is that it generally does not require solution heat treatment after welding.
The high chromium content provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungsten content give good resistance to reducing media.
