Alloy Steel Threaded Flanges are widely demanded as pipe flanges i.e called as threaded flanges which is useful in different industrial applications. It is also known as screwed flange and it has a thread inside the flange bore which fits on the pipe with matching male thread on the pipe.

It is almost the same as AISI 4130 chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, but with a slightly higher carbon content. Compared to AISI/ASTM 4130 alloy steel, AISI 4140 steel has a higher carbon content, which provides higher strength and heat treating capability, but also has limited weldability.

ASTM A182 F91 is an American standard Martensite type heat-resistant steel forgings, according to ASTM A182-2016.
