Barras y Vrillas de Aleacion de Niquel de inconel 625 N06625

Alloy 625 is especially useful where oxidation resistance and pitting avoidance are required. In the annealed condition, this Inconel is fully austenitic and suitable for machining. Due to its high alloy content, it provides excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of severely corrosive environments. With a nickel content of nearly 60%, it is virtually immune to stress corrosion cracking.

Inconel 625 has the addition of columbium acting with molybdenum to enhance the strength of the alloy matrix, which is obtained without heat treatment. A625 is resistant to a variety of severe corrosive environments, especially pitting and crevice corrosion. It has very durable strength and toughness in temperatures ranging from low temperatures to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has excellent fatigue strength and stress corrosion tracking resistance to chloride ions. It is alloyed with chromium and iron, as well as niobium tantalum and molybdenum, to increase toughness and strength. It is non-magnetic, corrosion and oxidation resistant and can be used in temperatures ranging from cryogenics to 1800¡ãF.
