Typical applications for copper-nickel 70/30 forged fittings are condensers, seawater piping, power plants, exchanger housings, etc. These cupronickel 70/30 fittings can be further customized in thickness and size according to customer specific requirements.

Cu-Ni forged threaded fittings are usually supplied as redrawn tubes in the annealed condition. The combination of good ductility and strength provides excellent formability. In addition to this, these forged fittings are also resistant to rust, oxidation, pitting, stress cracking and crack stress.

Cupro Nickel Forged forgings are annealed at temperatures between 593 and 816 degrees Celsius (1100 and 1500 degrees Fahrenheit). Copper-nickel forged threaded crosses are still widely used in modern shipbuilding.

Copper-nickel is known for its broad resistance to seawater. Due to the high absorption rate of the alloy, copper-nickel (Cu-Ni) 70/30, (Cu-Ni) 90/10 pipe fittings are widely used as connectors for piping systems in the power generation and shipbuilding industries.

Copper-nickel (Cu-Ni) piping systems are components that connect copper-nickel pipes, copper-nickel fittings, copper-nickel flanges, and valves that process seawater treatment systems.

Inconel reductants are unique blends of nickel, molybdenum and chromium content with niobium content. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in chloride-containing environments.

Reducers have excellent weldability. Due to the nickel content, Inconel reducers have good formability and exhibit excellent weldability.

Inconel 718 Reducer is a nickel-based superalloy ideal for applications requiring high strength in temperatures ranging from cryogenics to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Monel 400 Butt Weld Reducers are resistant to aggressive solvents, acids and bases, and seawater, are highly robust at high temperatures, and are also operable for use in many marine engineering applications.

A high nickel alloy with the addition of substantial amounts of copper to give the alloy excellent resistance to sodium chloride solutions, including brine and seawater. Therefore, UNS N04400 Alloy 400 Forged Fittings and Socket Weld Elbows can be used as part of an offshore piping system that may require a change of direction.

The resistance of the Monel 2.4360 eccentric/concentric reducer to salt solutions and its excellent resistance to stress-related corrosion cracking make the Monel 2.4360 eccentric/concentric reducer ideal for surviving in most freshwater bodies.

Alloy 400 has corrosion resistance, high strength and good weldability. Monel 400 has amazing mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures. It has a melting point of 2370-2460¡ãF and is easily used at temperatures up to 1000¡ãF.

Alloy 600 reducer is a blend of Nickel Chromium and Iron that provides a standard material for chemical manufacturing and the automotive machine, airframe and aircraft engine segments.

UNS N06600 Butt Weld Fittings also contain 1% manganese and 0.50% silicon and copper. ASME SB366 Inconel 600 Butt Weld Fittings melt at 2580 degrees Fahrenheit. Inconel 600 fittings have excellent corrosion resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Copper Nickel Fittings are also known as Curpo Nickel Fittings (Cu-Ni Fittings), Copper Nickel C71500 (70/30) and UNS C70600 (90/10) Fittings. Copper-nickel or copper-nickel elbows are moderately strong and commonly found in marine saltwater applications.

Incoloy 800 pipe fittings, resistant to seawater and salt water even in reducing environments.

Due to the addition of chromium, UNS N08800 butt weld elbows are resistant to oxidizing media such as nitric acid, salts and nitrates. These nickel alloy 800HT elbows can withstand high temperature environments and have a good surface finish.

ASME B366 Incoloy 800 Elbow resists water corrosion at moderate temperatures.

Incoloy 800 Welded Butt Welded Fittings also contain 1.50% manganese, 1% silicon and up to 0.75% copper. Incoloy Alloy 800HT 180 degree bend has excellent corrosion resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Typically, these Incoloy UNS N08800 seamless pipe fittings are heated in the temperature range of 648 degrees Celsius to 760 degrees Celsius.

The mechanical properties of Inconel 718 fittings are very interesting, which makes it popular in various industries. For example, ASTM B366 UNS N07718 Inconel 718 fittings have high creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures up to 700 degrees Celsius.
