Inconel 625 Coil is characterized by its excellent resistance to oxidation, high-temperature corrosion and fatigue. Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with benign carburization and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Inconel 600 round bars are effective against drying Cl2 and many other different gases at mild and high temperatures. Alloy 600 bar is a nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance and resistance to chloride pressure decomposition cracking, high cleanliness water corrosion and acid oxidation at elevated temperatures.

Inconel 718 Welded Pipe is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to resist a variety of severe corrosive environments, pitting and crevice corrosion. Inconel 718 EFW pipe is a nickel-chromium alloy that is precipitation hardenable with high creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures up to approximately 1300 degrees Fahrenheit (700 degrees Celsius). Inconel 718 ERW tube has excellent mechanical properties at high and low temperatures.

Increased temperatures have prompted many of our customers to use superalloy Inconel 718 forged rings. Since Inconel uses nickel as its primary alloying agent, the use of Inconel 718 fasteners at elevated temperatures has no negative effect on the application or the equipment being used.

Inconel 625 Flanges are a corrosion-resistant and strong nickel-chromium alloy with 58% nickel and 20% chromium, carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, copper, and iron. The flange material has a tensile strength of 930MPa and a yield strength of 517MPa.

Material examination indicated no crack and minor porosity were detected through and along the interface of two materials and the following as-deposited In625.

Inconel Alloy 718 is designed to exhibit excellent high yield strength, tensile strength and creep rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300¡ãF.

Some typical applications for Inconel 625 include chemical processing, aerospace and marine engineering, pollution control equipment and nuclear reactors. This nickel alloy has excellent weldability and is often used to weld AL-6XN. This alloy is resistant to a variety of severe corrosive environments, especially pitting and crevice corrosion.

The alloy 601 also has good resistance to aqueous corrosion.

Inconel 718 also has excellent creep rupture strength at temperatures up to 1300¡ãF or 700¡ãC. Although Inconel 718 Studs can withstand temperatures up to 1800¡ãF or 982¡ãC, the tensile strength of these Inconel 718 Studs can be further increased by cold working to AMS 5962.

Chemically, elements such as manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, copper, columbium, chromium, carbon, cobalt, molybdenum, niobium, tantalum, titanium, aluminum, iron, nickel, boron, etc. must comply with the normative standard ASTM B670. According to the ASTM B670 specification, Inconel 718 Din 2.4668 Polished Plates must also consider tensile strength, yield strength and elongation requirements. In addition, Alloy 718 Nickel Gasket Stock is required to be stress-rupture tested according to the ASTM document itemized here.

Inconel 718 is often used in gas turbine components and cryogenic storage tanks. Jet engines, pump bodies and parts, rocket engines and thrust reversers, nuclear fuel element gaskets, hot extrusion tools. Other popular uses are high-strength bolted connections and downhole shafting.

Inconel 601 is an alloy composed of nickel and chromium.

Inconel 600 Bolts are composed of Chromium, Nickel and Molybdenum. This makes these bolts superior to stainless and carbon steel bolts. The lengths of these bolts are between 3mm and 200mm. Inconel 600 Hex Bolts are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. These bolts are designed to handle extreme temperatures and high pressures.

Inconel 718 flanges have excellent mechanical properties, are non-magnetic, and exhibit the required combination of good weldability and high strength over a wide temperature range.

Inconel 625 also commonly goes by the names: Haynes 625, Altemp 625, Nickelvac 625, and Nicrofer 6020.

Alloy 625 is especially useful where oxidation resistance and pitting avoidance are required. In the annealed condition, this Inconel is fully austenitic and suitable for machining. Due to its high alloy content, it provides excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of severely corrosive environments. With a nickel content of nearly 60%, it is virtually immune to stress corrosion cracking.

The alloy has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, good high-temperature mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and is easy to form,

INCONEL 625 is a nickel-chromium alloy with an addition of molybdenum and niobium. These additions give the alloy better mechanical properties and better corrosion resistance without having to harden the material.

Inconel X750 is a nickel-chromium alloy that has been used for both wrought products and castings. Inconel X750 offers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation along with high strength and good toughness properties at elevated temperatures.

Its high nickel content, a minimum of Ni 72%, combined with its chromium content, provides users of Nickel Alloy 600 a number of benefits such as good oxidation resistance at high temperatures and corrosion resistance to both organic and inorganic compounds.
