Inconel 601 (N06601) nickel-based alloy plasticity:
Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) nickel base alloy is relatively easy to hot work. The heating temperature is 1150~1200C, and the thermal processing temperature is
1050~1200C, simple processing can be carried out below 850¡ãC.

Inconel 625 combines heat resistance, corrosion resistance and strength. Inconel 625 fasteners are used in environments ranging from low temperatures to 1800o F (1000o C). Antioxidant is the main feature. Like alloy C276, Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Adding niobium results in a stronger material. Common applications are marine environment and pollution control equipment.

Resistance to carburization is good. Alloy 601 has also shown good resistance in carbonitriding conditions, if a sufficiently high oxygen partial pressure is present. Inconel is an austenitic superalloy whose main alloying materials are nickel and chromium. Inconel UNS N07718 sheet is resistant to oxidation over its service temperature range. The slow precipitation hardening reaction of Inconel Din 2.4668 sheet makes it easy to weld without hardening or cracking.

Inconel 625 bolts have a high density of 8.44 grams per cubic centimeter. The material also has high strength values. The minimum tensile strength of the fastener is 880MPa and its minimum yield strength is 460MPa. Inconel 625 nuts have 50% elongation and good electrical resistivity.

Alloy 600 is relatively immune to most neutral and alkaline salt solutions and is used in some corrosive environments. The alloy is resistant to steam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide.
