Inconel 718, UNS N07718, is the most common hardenable Inconel grade. This precipitation hardening nickel-chromium alloy combines excellent corrosion resistance with high strength at elevated temperatures.

The alloy resists a wide range of corrosive environments and has a good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. IN625 has good corrosion resistance in various corrosive environments.

Also known as Alloy 625, Inconel 625 hex bolts are known for their ability to retain their strength and resist heat ¨C both in and out of corrosive environments. Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium.

Alloy 625 is especially useful where oxidation resistance and pitting avoidance are required. In the annealed condition, this Inconel is fully austenitic and suitable for machining. Due to its high alloy content, it provides excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of severely corrosive environments. With a nickel content of nearly 60%, it is virtually immune to stress corrosion cracking.

The chromium content of this alloy results in superior resistance to oxidizing environments. The high molybdenum content makes alloy 625 very resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.

B564 601 Spade Flange Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy used for applications that require resistance to corrosion and heat. This nickel alloy stands out due to its resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly resistant to oxidation through 2200¡ã F. Alloy 601 develops a tightly adherent oxide scale which resists spalling even under conditions of severe thermal cycling.

Due to the solid solution effect of refractory metals, it has excellent toughness and strength in the temperature range from low temperature to 2000¡ãC (1093¡ãC). This Inconel grade can withstand stress cracking up to 1200¡ãC (649¡ãC) and is resistant to oxidation and oxidation up to 2000¡ãC.
