Alloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Incoloy 800 W. Nr. 1.4876 Welded Pipe is widely used for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C).

Incoloy A-286 is an age-hardenable iron-nickel-chromium alloy designed for applications requiring high strength and good corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 700¡ãC (1290¡ãF). Like other specialty materials in the Inconel family, Incoloy A-286 fasteners have excellent corrosion resistance and can be made into a variety of fasteners including hex bolts, washers, nuts and studs.

Monel bolts, such as Monel 400 and K500, are made of nickel-copper alloys and exhibit high strength, toughness and good corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. A standout feature of Monel bolts is their excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid, a particularly difficult acid to handle, at all concentrations up to the boiling point. For hydrofluoric acid applications, Monel bolts are probably the most corrosion resistant of all commonly used specialty alloys.

UNS N08800 sheet has been used in a variety of industries and has become a mainstay in high temperature, high exposure applications.

Grade 1.4529 is a high alloy stainless steel of austenitic structure and can be classified as a nickel alloy (by US standards). Delivered in a supersaturated condition, it exhibits resistance to intergranular corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion, salt, seawater, chlorides, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other highly concentrated liquid and gaseous corrosive chemicals. At the same time, nickel and nitrogen can not only improve the stability, but also reduce the tendency of separation of crystallization thermal process or welding process is better than the nitrogen content of nickel alloy. 926 has some corrosion resistance to chloride ions due to its localized corrosion characteristics and 25% nickel alloy content.

Alloy 800H plate (UNS N08810 plate) is a widely used structural material for equipment that must have high strength and resist carburization, oxidation and other detrimental effects of high temperature exposure.

The point to note with the higher carbon version of the Incoloy 800H that the modified alloy comes with improved elevated temperature properties.

These tubes can be readily welded in place following common welding process without requiring a matching filler metal.

Nickel alloys are double certified (800H/HT) and also include two forms of properties. Incoloy 800H/HT alloy is designed for high temperature structural applications. Alloy 625 is generally supplied in the annealed condition, to provide utmost stability during fabrication and subsequent service. INCONEL 625 alloy has found to have a resistance to potable and salt or brackish water, where Chloride ions cause pitting and crevice corrosion to become established. As a result, pipelines for gathering sour gas have been built with solid (or clad) INCONEL 625 alloy and used in seawater heat exchangers in refineries, power plants, and offshore topside services that often need this material.

To avoid possible stress relaxation grain boundary cracking of N08811 in applications above 1000¡ãF the welded fabrication may be heated 1650¡ãF for about one hour per inch of thickness or 30 minutes minimum then air cooled.

INCOLOY 800/800H/800HT is a family of high nickel superalloys commonly used in the petrochemical processing industry. INCOLOY 800HT is similar to INCOLOY 800/800H, but with improved creep rupture strength. All of these alloys have high corrosion resistance. At higher temperatures, Incoloy 800 fasteners provide resistance to vulcanization, carburization and oxidation, as well as fracture and creep strength. Incoloy 800 bolts are a solid solution austenitic alloy. Appearing in the microstructure of Incoloy 800 are chromium carbide, titanium carbide and titanium nitride. Incoloy 800H Hex Head Bolts are easy to machine using standard methods. Thermoforming of Incoloy 800 is done in the temperature range of 870 to 1200 ¡ãC (1600 to 2200 ¡ãF). Incoloy 800 screws are used in power plants.

Used in chemical and petroleum processing, in power plants for superheater and reheater tubing, in industrial furnaces, and for heat treating equipment.

800H can not be corroded in many kinds of media. Its higher nickel content made it have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the water corrosion condition. High chromium content made it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy can resist nitric acid and organic acid, but it is not so fine in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
800H have good corrosion resistance to both oxidation and non-oxidizing salt, but maybe a little pitting in halide, and also excellent properties in the mixture of water, smoke, steam, air and carbon dioxide.

The higher strength results from deliberate control of the carbon, aluminum, and titanium contents in conjunction with a high-temperature anneal.

Incoloy 800 bolts are best suited for applications that require stable construction and good strength over prolonged exposure to high temperatures. These bolts are used in a variety of industries involving corrosive environments and high temperatures. The Incoloy 800 series of nickel alloys includes Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT. Incoloy 825 alloy is a chromium, nickel, iron based alloy in addition to copper and molybdenum. It has strong resistance to redox acid and stress corrosion cracking. In addition, it is completely resistant to pitting, abrasion and erosion. In addition, it is completely resistant to phosphoric and sulfuric acid. All of this has prompted manufacturers to use Incoloy alloys when making Incoloy 825 bar. In addition, the product has higher tensile strength, flexibility, durability and durability. Incoloy 825 bar has good dimensional accuracy, strong construction and excellent surface finish to withstand heavy loads and maintain high temperatures.
