800H, AT (Incoloy 800) is an austenitic heat resistant alloy designed for high temperature structural applications.

Alloy 825 rods are good electrical conductors and can also be used for many electrical purposes. These nickel 825 rods resist intergranular corrosion in the as-welded condition. Nickel 825 Round Rods have a high level of resistance to a variety of oxidizing species including nitric acid, nitrates and oxidizing salts. We also offer our customers a variety of custom sizes and shapes.

Alloy 925 is a nickel-based alloy with major additions of iron and chromium, but also molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum. The combination of high strength and corrosion resistance makes it suitable for applications such as valves, hangers, packers and pipes in sour gas environments. It can also be used for fasteners and pump shafts in marine environments.

The combination of nickel and chromium provides protection in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. The high nickel content also provides resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. Resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is also excellent. The alloy is produced by a vacuum remelting process, but can be supplied using an air melting single-consumer electrode (VAR or ESR) practice if material specifications permit.

Incoloy 800 round bars contain up to 35% nickel, up to 23% chromium and up to 39.5% iron. Incoloy 800 alloy round bars also contain carbon, molybdenum and silicon content. Incoloy 800 threaded rods can be used effectively at temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius.

Alloy 800H/800HT is frequently used in applications that involve long-term exposure to elevated temperatures where resistance to oxidation, carburization and other types of elevated temperature corrosion is required.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-based alloy generally similar to Alloy 20 in water corrosion. It has useful resistance to boiling sulfuric acid up to 40% strength, 60% strength at 176¡ãF, and 150¡ãF at all concentrations.

Alloy 718 Flange Grade 718 Inconel Flange is the most common grade of the hardenable Inconel. This precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy combines outstanding corrosion resistance and high strength at elevated temperatures. The alloy is an about 2x as strong as Inconel grade 625 having excellent creep-rupture strength at temperatures to 1300¡ãF (700¡ãC) and usable up to 1800¡ãF (982¡ãC). It has a high nickel content, sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenitic configuration.

Incoloy 800HT seamless pipe is available up to 8″ NB. Larger sizes are available in welded construction (100% X-ray) and can also be fabricated to order. Incoloy 800HT tubing is available up 3″ OD. Incoloy 800HT redrawn tubes and tubing with tight tolerances can be supplied in almost any size no matter how small the size or quantity.

They are used for high temperature service, where resistance to oxidation and carburisation are required. For optimum stress rupture properties, or for pressure vessel service above 815¡ãC, Incoloy 800H or Incoloy 800HT should be used.
