Incoloy 825 flanges manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.5 are made of annealed material only and are rated for a maximum temperature of 538°C [1000°F]. The alloy is produced by a vacuum remelting process, but can be supplied using an air melting single-consumer electrode (VAR or ESR) practice if material specifications permit.
