ASTM A193 Grade B7 bolts are considered for applications up to 450¡ãC due to heat treated chrome molybdenum steel. B7 stud bolts are bolts with male threads and a hex head designed to be actuated by a wrench. It can be fully threaded or partially threaded and is supplied with a hex cap.

A320 Gr L7 studs are subject to certain mandatory mechanical tests, namely: tensile test, impact test and hardness test.

ASTM A320 Class L7 fasteners are manufactured using high strength materials ideal for the manufacture of fastener product bolts, studs and bolts that can be used in a wide range of high temperatures in bolting applications.

ASTM A193 Grade B7 bolts are made of chrome-molybdenum material with high tensile strength and good elongation properties.

A193 B7 threaded rods are also known as hex bolts. It has threads on both ends and it is a relatively long rod.

This is useful for selecting bolts with different strength levels for different high pressure and high temperature applications. ASTM A193 grade b7 hex bolts and other types have a minimum tensile strength of up to 125ksi.

They have a minimum yield strength of 105ksi. There are different types of bolts and bolts for different types of applications such as ASTM A193 gr b7 hex bolts.

A194 2H nut is a common high strength nut used with many different bolt grades, including A193 Grade B7, A325, A490, etc.

The grade mark consists of the grade symbol “2H” and the manufacturer’s identification mark.

The ASTM A453 Grade 660 Grade D specification provides the yield strength, ie. 95 ksi 655 MPa] respectively for high temperature service, for bolted components such as studs, screws, nuts, hex bolts and various other fasteners for pressure vessel and valve flanges. ASTM A453 Grade 660 Grade D bolts are iron-based superalloy bolts made from an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum and titanium. A453 660 Grade D Bolts maintain good strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1300oF.

660 Studs, non-magnetic in the annealed condition, but may become slightly magnetic by welding. Although it has the same high strength and corrosion resistance as other steels, ASTM A453 Gr. 660 Hex Head Bolts produce stronger welds due to their low carbon content. ASTM A453 Grade 660 Studs are suitable for temperature applications. This grade of fasteners is divided into A, B, C, D grades. Materials are carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium, boron. ASTM A453 Grade 660 Bolts derive their strength and corrosion resistance from a combination of materials.

Originally developed to combat seawater corrosion, AL6XN has expanded its role as a good mid-range corrosion resistant alloy. Alloy 926 is a super austenitic molybdenum stainless steel with excellent resistance to a variety of highly corrosive environments. The combination of molybdenum and nitrogen in its composition resists pitting and crevice corrosion, while copper improves sulfuric acid resistance, and nitrogen improves yield and tensile strength.

254 SMO (1.4547) fasteners are made from a high-end stainless steel alloy developed for resistance to salt water and chloride corrosion. This 6-Moly (6% molybdenum) alloy has good localized corrosion resistance, and 254 SMO provides much higher strength than other austenitic stainless steels.

Compared to 302, stainless steel 309 studs have a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel for cold heading, typically for hot heading of large diameter or long bolts. One of the best properties of Grade 309 is its resistance to high or elevated temperatures. Similar to grade 310, the high chromium content in stainless steel 309 gives it this heat resistance.

Alloy 310S, like 309S, is known for high temperature applications. Both alloys work well at temperatures up to 2000¡ãF, especially where oxidation resistance is required. 310 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with good oxidation and corrosion resistance due to the high ratio of chromium to nickel.

Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum grade and is second only to Grade 304 in total production in austenitic stainless steels. Compared to 304, molybdenum imparts better overall corrosion resistance to 316, especially higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. 316 / 316L Stainless Hex Socket Head Bolts are used in applications requiring high strength, toughness and machinability along with improved corrosion resistance. The alloy contains a higher percentage of molybdenum and nickel than grade 304 stainless steel, improving corrosion resistance, making it ideal for applications in corrosive environments. 316L stainless steel has a higher carbon content than 316 stainless steel, reducing its weldability.

Stainless Steel 316Ti Bolt It is one of the most important parts in the commercial field as it is widely used in commercial products to hold it well. Somehow, the product contains a lot of molybdenum, which improves its corrosion resistance very well. Bolts of this grade have good toughness and work well even at low temperatures. It exhibits excellent resistance to various environments and temperatures, as well as to corrosion and oxidation over time. Stainless steel 316Ti hex head bolts are typically used in areas that can withstand higher temperatures than Type 304, and their low carbon makes them resistant to carbon precipitation.

Stainless steel 321 fasteners are strong with a minimum yield strength of 276MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 621MPa. The material has a melting point of up to 1399 degrees Celsius and can have very high operating temperatures. This bolt has the highest carbon content and is commonly found in pans and cooking tools. Essentially non-magnetic 321 stainless steel bolts are slightly magnetic when cold worked. Alloy 321 bolts are also used in sinks, tabletops, coffee makers, refrigerators, stoves, utensils and other cookware.

Their types include eyebolts, structural bolts, square nuts, hex dome cap nuts, machine screws, studs, bolts, socket head cap screws and SS 321 hex cap screws. Pitting and crevice corrosion of grade 321 bolts can occur in chloride-containing environments, where stress corrosion cracking can occur above 60 degrees Celsius.

ASTM A453 specification describes the detailed requirements for Class A, B, C, and D, Class 660. The A453 specification covers Class 660 bolt materials with two classes of yield strength, viz. 85 ksi and 100 ksi [585 and 725 MPa] respectively for high temperature service, components such as bolts, screws, nuts, studs and various other fasteners for pressure vessel and valve flanges. A286 is a precipitation hardening austenitic stainless steel designed for temperatures up to 1300¡ãF (704¡ãC) where high tensile strength, excellent creep strength and good corrosion resistance are required.

Alloy 304 Studs (Din 1.4301 Studs) Stainless Steel UNS S30400 Studs are commonly used in the brewing industry such as pipes, fermenters, yeast trays, railway vehicles and warehouses. Due to the high work hardening rate of these alloy 304 studs, intermediate annealing may be required to successfully manufacture the part. These annealed grade 304 studs have better heat and corrosion resistance than Type 301 and 302 stainless steels, they are not very conductive or thermally conductive, and are non-magnetic.

The lower carbon content of the stainless steel 304 thread bar reduces chromium carbide precipitation from welding and its susceptibility to intergranular corrosion. Stainless steel 304 studs are not particularly thermally or electrically conductive and are non-magnetic. Stainless steel UNS S31600 studs are commonly used for welded or braided screens in mining, water filtration and quarrying. In addition to molybdenum, SS 316 threaded rod includes many other components in a variety of applications. SS 316 Studs perform the same as Stainless Steel 304 except that it is somewhat stronger at high temperatures. Stainless steel 316Ti studs have higher strength and durability than other grades of stainless steel studs. It is made of high-quality raw materials, exceeding the specific needs of the user, thus ensuring complete satisfaction. Not only that, but the threads extend outward along the full length of the rod. Now, talking about sizes and lengths from 3mm to 200mm and M02 to M33. Its standards are ASME and ASTM.

AISI 904L Studs are used to hold components together such as flanges, valves, filters and other plumbing components. Common AISI 904L stud types include full or continuous thread studs, tap end thread studs, stud studs, stud short shank studs, welded studs bolts etc. These alloy 904L studs are also an austenitic alloy, which means that iron carbide or a non-magnetic solid solution of carbon in iron is used to improve corrosion resistance. Welding of our Style 904L Stud Bolts can be performed using all conventional methods, in addition it does not require preheat and post weld heat treatment and can withstand hot cracking in constrained weldments.

Class 660 has several different grades, categorized alphabetically, A and B. Common items include 660B Studs. Although chemically identical, each class has different solution and hardening treatments, resulting in different mechanical properties.
