ASTM A182 is the Standard Specification for Forged or Rolled Alloy Steel Pipe ASTM A182 F11 Flanges, Forged Fittings, and Valves and Parts. These alloy steel A182 grade F11 WNRF flanges are designed for high temperature applications.

Inconel600 is suitable for welding with the same material or other metals by any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas shielded welding, molten arc inert gas shielded welding, and pulsed arc welding. Welding is the preferred solution. When using manual arc welding, it is recommended to use a shielding gas mixed with various components (Ar+He+H2+CO2).
Welding of Incoloy 825 must be carried out in the annealed condition and cleaned with a stainless steel wire brush to remove stains, dust and various markings. When welding the root of the weld, extreme care must be taken (Argon 99.99) to obtain the best quality of the root weld so that the weld does not produce oxides after the root has been welded. Color from the weld heat-affected zone should be removed with a stainless steel brush while the weld area is not cool.

A335 P22 is a seamless tube made of ferritic alloy stainless steel. Chemically, the alloy of SA335 P22 material contains trace amounts of carbon, manganese, sulfur, silicon and phosphorus. The main additives in the alloy are molybdenum and chromium, which give stainless steel excellent mechanical properties. Tensile strength, corrosion resistance, hardness and other properties are enhanced and improved. Molybdenum reduces the brittleness caused by the addition of chromium.
