Incoloy 825 is stable annealed at 940¡ãC. The softest structure was obtained at 980¡ãC. Sections heavier than sheet, strip and wire should be quenched to avoid sensitivity. Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. The nickel in Alloy 825, along with molybdenum and copper, is extremely resistant to reducing environments such as those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
