Alloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Incoloy 800 W. Nr. 1.4876 Welded Pipe is widely used for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C).

The pipes of seamless configurations have higher load-bearing capacity and strength over other grades.

The major differences between these alloys are their mechanical properties which stem from the restricted compositions of alloys 800H and 800HT and the high-temperature anneals used for these alloys.

Incoloy 800 Sheets are a combination of nickel, chromium and iron alloys with advantages and properties such as excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature carburization and medium or high strength and excellent resistance to name a few.

ASTM B408 Incoloy 825 bar will remain stable with prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. It will also avoid corrosion in many aqueous environments, where molybdenum also helps resist pitting and crevice corrosion.

Incoloy 800H is a solution heat treated, carbon controlled version of its parent Alloy 800.

Alloy 800 – The 800 series of alloy (Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT) are nickel-iron-chromium superalloys that have excellent properties of high temperature strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other types of high temperature corrosion. Alloy 800, 800H and 800HT are used in various applications from furnace components, petrochemical furnace cracker tubes to sheathing for electrical heating elements.

Incoloy 800-800H-800HT Nuts are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with excellent corrosion resistance in high temperature environments. Also known as UNS N08800 Fasteners, UNS N08810 Fasteners and UNS N08811 Fasteners, these assemblies are ideal for hydrocarbon processing, catalyst tubes and convection/cracking tubes in ethylene production for the oil/gas industry.

Incoloy 800H round bars are also known for their resistance to oxidation and carburization, even at high temperatures. This means that these bars are ideal for high temperature applications. This feature has made Incoloy 800HT round bars popular in the petrochemical industry. The presence of nickel in the alloy contributes to its resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, which is indeed an essential feature of alloy 800h rods.

Grade 825 Incoloy alloy used to make butt welded pipe fittings has high corrosion resistance. It contains a high nickel content, sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenitic structure.

Nickel alloys are double certified (800H/HT) and also include two forms of properties. Incoloy 800H/HT alloy is designed for high temperature structural applications. The nickel content can make the alloy highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement by sigma phase precipitation. Ordinary corrosion resistance is very useful. Alloys 800H and 800HT have excellent creep and stress rupture properties in the solution annealed condition.

800H can not be corroded in many kinds of media. Its high nickel content made it have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the water corrosion condition. High Chromium content made it can better resist pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy can resist nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but it is not so fine in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.

Incoloy 800HT RTJ Flanges Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Flanges are furnished with nickel-chromium-iron alloys that intend outstanding resistance and strength at harsh environments. The flanges exhibit superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Even more, it also shows superior intergranular corrosion, stress rupture and creepy aspects. The welding of these flanges is done using various techniques such as MIG, TIG and more.

Nickel-based alloys are very useful materials for making high-quality tubular products. One of the key reasons is their excellent corrosion resistance in both waterborne and high temperature applications.

The chromium and nickel contents of this alloy provide excellent oxidation resistance at low concentrations of oxidizing and reducing sulfur, good resistance to carburization and sulfidation. The alloy also has reasonable resistance to nitriding in cracked ammonia, but not as much as Inconel 600.

Incoloy 800 Welded Butt Welded Fittings also contain 1.50% manganese, 1% silicon and up to 0.75% copper. Incoloy Alloy 800HT 180 degree bend has excellent corrosion resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Typically, these Incoloy UNS N08800 seamless pipe fittings are heated in the temperature range of 648 degrees Celsius to 760 degrees Celsius.

Incoloy 800H is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy having the same basic composition as Incoloy 800, with significantly higher creep-rupture strength.

The 800H/AT is normally soldered with RA82 (ERNiCr-3) bare wire for applications up to 1450¡ãF. RA330-04 (N08334) bare wire provides closer thermal expansion coefficient matching, as well as higher strength.

Alloy 800H is a solution heat treated (2100¡ãF/1150¡ãC), controlled-carbon version of alloy 800 with improved elevated temperature properties. It has improved creep and stress-rupture characteristics in the 1100¡ãF (593¡ãC) to 1800¡ãF (982¡ãC) temperature range.

Incoloy 825 round bar has excellent resistance to a variety of environmental and corrosive conditions such as stress corrosion cracking, reducing environments, oxidizing environments, pitting, crevice and intergranular corrosion. These circular die have excellent mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.

Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure.

ASTM B408 Incoloy 825 bar is titanium stabilized to resist pitting and intergranular corrosion after fabrication, especially welding, including heating in the critical sensitization temperature range (650¡ãC – 760¡ãC).

Inconel Alloy 800 Bolts are highly resistant to reducing, aqueous and oxidizing environments. They are highly used in temperatures up to 1100 degrees. Inconel Alloy 800 bolts are critical as it can meet almost all of their requirements. Its establishment is done through various operations, such as heat or cold. Generally speaking, the so-called quenching and tempering operations are produced by the operation, and the annealing operation is also carried out for such fasteners.

The Incoloy 800Ht Pipe is a slight modification to the 800H alloys. In these pipes the combined titanium and aluminum levels allow the pipes to work at slightly higher temperatures than the 800h alloys. Both these alloys can be dual certified and are preferred for use in high-temperature setups.

Nickel. The heavy nickel content in Inconel alloys is one of the main sources of the magnetic properties of the alloys. Pure nickel is magnetic, even at room temperature, but is combined with elements such as chromium and carbon when making Inconel alloys.

INCOLOY 800H is a controlled composition derivative of INCOLOY? alloy 800 (UNS N08800). Applications have extended from petrochemical processing reformer tubing, to bellows and flare tips in refinery service.

The chemical balance allows the alloy to exhibit excellent resistance to carburization, oxidation and nitriding atmospheres. 800HT will not become embrittled even after long periods of usage in the 1200-1600 deg F range where many stainless steels become brittle. Excellent cold forming characteristics typically associated with the nickel-chromium alloys are exhibited with 800HT. When cold formed extensively the grain size produces a visibly undulated surface called “orange peel”. 800HT can be welded by the common techniques used on stainless steels.

ASTM B564 Uns N06600 Flanges nconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy used for applications that require resistance to corrosion and heat. This nickel alloy stands out due to its resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly resistant to oxidation through 2200¡ã F. Alloy 601 develops a tightly adherent oxide scale which resists spalling even under conditions of severe thermal cycling.
