Alloy 926 is a super austenitic molybdenum stainless steel with excellent resistance to a variety of highly corrosive environments. The combination of molybdenum and nitrogen in its composition resists pitting and crevice corrosion, while copper improves sulfuric acid resistance, while nitrogen increases yield and tensile strength.

Incoloy Alloy 800H/800HT round bar has excellent resistance to carburizing, oxidation and nitriding. They are not prone to embrittlement even after extended operation at temperatures up to 12000F to 16000F.

This alloy is also ideal for dilute sulfuric and phosphoric acid applications.

The point to note with the higher carbon version of the Incoloy 800H that the modified alloy comes with improved elevated temperature properties.

Incoloy 825 is stable annealed at 940°C. The softest structure was obtained at 980°C. Sections heavier than sheet, strip and wire should be quenched to avoid sensitivity.

This modification was to control carbon (.05-.10%) and grain size to optimize stress rupture properties. Incoloy 800HT has further modifications to the combined titanium and aluminum levels (.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperature properties.

Similar to Inconel grades, Incoloy grade alloys have nickel and chromium as the main base elements. The only difference between these two alloy classes is their chemical composition. Inconel alloys contain almost more than 50% nickel, while Incoloy alloys are not only less than 50% nickel, but the alloys also contain iron. Known as a heat-resistant alloy, Inconel 825 has excellent properties. The most interesting properties of Incoloy 825 fasteners are their high creep resistance and high mechanical strength despite prolonged exposure to heat. ASTM B564 Inconel 718 Threaded Flange Grade 718 Inconel Flange is the most common grade of the hardenable Inconel. This precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy combines outstanding corrosion resistance and high strength at elevated temperatures. The alloy is an about 2x as strong as Inconel grade 625 having excellent creep-rupture strength at temperatures to 1300¡ãF (700¡ãC) and usable up to 1800¡ãF (982¡ãC). Inconel grade 718 is often used in gas turbines, rocket motors, spacecraft, nuclear reactors, pumps, and tooling.

ASTM B462 UNS N08020 Slip On Flange The Alloy 20 is an austenitic niobium-stabilized alloy that contains nickel and low carbon. They are divided into three groups such as iron-based, nickel-based, and cobalt-based alloys.

The 800H/AT is normally soldered with RA82 (ERNiCr-3) bare wire for applications up to 1450¡ãF. RA330-04 (N08334) bare wire provides closer thermal expansion coefficient matching, as well as higher strength.

ASTM B564 Uns N06600 Flanges nconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy used for applications that require resistance to corrosion and heat. Grade 1.4529 is a high alloy stainless steel of austenitic structure and can be classified as a nickel alloy (by US standards). Delivered in a supersaturated condition, it exhibits resistance to intergranular corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion, salt, seawater, chlorides, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other highly concentrated liquid and gaseous corrosive chemicals. To avoid possible stress relaxation grain boundary cracking of N08811 in applications above 1000¡ãF the welded fabrication may be heated 1650¡ãF for about one hour per inch of thickness or 30 minutes minimum then air cooled.
