Compared to chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels, 316L stainless steel offers higher creep, stress to rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.

The 904L grade stainless steel is widely used for various commercial purposes and is known for its abrasion resistance properties. The AISI 904L Stainless Steel Hex Nuts come with low carbon content, as low as 0.02%, which makes them resistant to sensitization by welding. In other words, the UNS S08904 Threaded Rod and other equipment of the same steel grade are resistant to intergranular corrosion.

Manual arc welding, the thin section size of 304 stainless steel with 0.04%-0.06% carbon can be used with Austrian 002 electrode, which will not cause intergranular corrosion after welding. For thick section rulers, keep the resistance after intergranular corrosion resistance. , should be changed to 304L stainless steel or stabilized austenitic stainless steel.

ASTM A182 F5 flanges are made of chrome-molybdenum steel alloy and therefore have high fracture resistance. Their low weight is also preferred due to their low carbon and high alloy properties. It is very resistant to sulfide corrosion cracking and can also withstand the attack of hydrogen.

While similar to the Type 304 commonly found in the food industry, both Types 316 and 316L exhibit better corrosion resistance and are stronger at elevated temperatures. Inconel is made up of nickel and chromium as the base elements. Inconel 625 Plate is corrosion resistant and high strength alloy. It is a non-magnetic alloy.

Stainless steel washers have a matte black finish. More corrosion resistant than 18-8 and 17-7 PH stainless steel, 316 stainless steel gaskets will not be corroded by salt water, chlorine solutions and chemicals. Stronger and more corrosion resistant than 316 stainless steel, Bumax 109 stainless steel washers are the best choice for marine environments and chemical processing plants.

Incoloy 926 is also resistant to chloride stress corrosion, with good corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing media.

Type : Seamless / Welded.This steel type contains as low as 0.03% of carbon content and thus reduces its susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.

904L stainless steel washers are unstabilized austenitic stainless steel washers made from an alloy containing chromium, nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen with limited carbon content. Stainless steel 904L gaskets are used for low temperature service and highly corrosive environments. Meanwhile, the SS 904L gasket is an austenitic stainless steel for severely corrosive conditions. Stainless steel UNS NO8904 gaskets are useful for details in the marine environment, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Stainless Steel 310s Flanges, Like other austenitic grades these have excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures, although other grades are normally used in this environment..
