Alloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Incoloy 800 W. INCOLOY 800/800H/800HT is a family of high nickel superalloys commonly used in the petrochemical processing industry. INCOLOY 800HT is similar to INCOLOY 800/800H, but with improved creep rupture strength. All of these alloys have high corrosion resistance. At higher temperatures, Incoloy 800 fasteners provide resistance to vulcanization, carburization and oxidation, as well as fracture and creep strength. Incoloy 800 bolts are a solid solution austenitic alloy. Appearing in the microstructure of Incoloy 800 are chromium carbide, titanium carbide and titanium nitride. Incoloy 800H Hex Head Bolts are easy to machine using standard methods. Thermoforming of Incoloy 800 is done in the temperature range of 870 to 1200 ¡ãC (1600 to 2200 ¡ãF). Incoloy 800 screws are used in power plants.

Alloy 800 has moderate corrosion resistance to many aqueous media and is resistant to stress corrosion cracking due to its nickel content. At high temperatures, it has resistance to oxidation, carburization and vulcanization as well as fracture and creep strength.

Incoloy 800, 800H and 800 HT are premium alloys composed of a combination of iron, nickel and chromium that provide excellent strength and better resistance to rust and carburization to avoid exposure to extreme high temperature conditions.

These nickel steel alloys are identical except for the higher level of carbon in alloy 800H, and the addition of up to 1.20 percent aluminum and titanium in alloy 800HT. Incoloy 800 was the first of these alloys and it was slightly modified into Incoloy 800H.

DIN 1.4876 Rounds can work over a range of temperatures and pressures and exhibit excellent mechanical properties. These components have a minimum tensile strength of 600mpa and a minimum yield strength of 275mpa. ASTM B408 Incoloy 800 Precision Ground Rods are designed to have a uniform cross section. The strips are dimensionally and geometrically accurate.

The Alloy 800H Tube has good machining characteristics as seen in iron-based alloy and they tend to work-harden during the machining process.

AS1210 Prequalified Incoloy 800 can be used at 800¡ãC. ASME codes allow Incoloy 800 to 815¡ãC, and Incoloy 800H and 800HT to 982¡ãC.

Alloy 825 rods are good electrical conductors and can also be used for many electrical purposes. These nickel 825 rods resist intergranular corrosion in the as-welded condition. Nickel 825 Round Rods have a high level of resistance to a variety of oxidizing species including nitric acid, nitrates and oxidizing salts. INCOLOY 800H is a controlled composition derivative of INCOLOY? alloy 800 (UNS N08800). Applications have extended from petrochemical processing reformer tubing, to bellows and flare tips in refinery service.

The chromium and molybdenum content of Alloy 825 provides resistance to chloride pitting, as well as resistance to a variety of oxidizing atmospheres.

Nickel-based alloys are very useful materials for making high-quality tubular products. One of the key reasons is their excellent corrosion resistance in both waterborne and high temperature applications.

Alloy 825 flat bar (UNS N08825) has good mechanical properties from low to moderately high temperatures. However, exposure to temperatures above 1000 degrees Fahrenheit can cause microstructural changes that significantly reduce ductility and impact strength.

Incoloy 825 flanges manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.5 are made of annealed material only and are rated for a maximum temperature of 538°C [1000°F]. It is available in a variety of styles including weld neck, slip-on, blind hole, threaded, lap joint, long weld neck and socket weld. Flanges can be forged to ASTM B564 UNS N08825 or made of ASTM B424 Gr. N08825 plate (blind plate and plate flange only), nominal composition 42Ni-21.5Cr-3Mo-2.3Cu.

800H can not be corroded in many kinds of media. Its higher nickel content made it have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the water corrosion condition. High chromium content made it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy can resist nitric acid and organic acid, but it is not so fine in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
800H have good corrosion resistance to both oxidation and non-oxidizing salt, but maybe a little pitting in halide, and also excellent properties in the mixture of water, smoke, steam, air and carbon dioxide.

Incoloy 800 Welded Butt Welded Fittings also contain 1.50% manganese, 1% silicon and up to 0.75% copper. Incoloy Alloy 800HT 180 degree bend has excellent corrosion resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Typically, these Incoloy UNS N08800 seamless pipe fittings are heated in the temperature range of 648 degrees Celsius to 760 degrees Celsius.

Grade 825 Incoloy alloy used to make butt welded pipe fittings has high corrosion resistance. It contains a high nickel content, sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenitic structure.

Incoloy 800HT is further modified with titanium and aluminium combined levels (0.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperature performance. Nickel alloys are double certified (800H/HT) and combine the properties of both forms.

Resistance to chloride ion corrosion is one of the main factors that facilitate the use of incoloy grades in different industrial applications.

Inconel 926 bolt material meets ASTM B446, B564, F467, F468, UNS N06926, DIN EN 2.4856, AMS 5666 and BS 3076 specifications and is adequate for high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature applications up to 1000o C (1800o F).

The Incoloy 800h Pipe produced in accordance with the ASTM B407 specification is supplied either in the form of cold worked or hot finished manner. Aside from conforming to the chemistry requirements of the said specification the Sb 407 UNS N08810 Incoloy Alloy 800h Round Pipe, is to be heat treated at determined annealing temperatures. Another requirement that needs to be adhered to is the Sb 407 N08810 Grade 1.4958 Pipe needs to be tested and measured via the Planimetric method.
