Alloy 347 (UNS S34700) is columbium stabilized austenitic stainless steel plate with good general corrosion resistance and somewhat better resistance in strong oxidizing conditions than 321 (UNS S32100).

These are stainless steel washers with high oxidation resistance. Stainless steel 316Ti gaskets are commonly found in areas where oxidation is avoided, including furnaces, paper mill equipment, heat treatment, and more. These applications typically expose gaskets to acetic and citric acids, sulfur dioxide and ammonia to resist corrosion. The stainless steel 316Ti split gasket is designed for higher temperatures because it has a lower carbon content to prevent embrittlement.

Grades 309/309S are austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steels typically used in high temperature applications. Due to the high chromium and nickel content, grade 309/309S pipe is highly resistant to corrosion and has excellent resistance to oxidation. 309 Stainless Steel Threaded Rods are austenitic stainless steel threaded rods made from an alloy containing chromium and nickel. Stainless steel 309 threaded rod for low temperature service and highly corrosive environments. S32205 is a duplex stainless steel with twice the strength of austenitic stainless steel. Duplex stainless steel composed of 21% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel-nitrogen alloy. The yield strength of duplex stainless steels is twice that of austenitic stainless steels, a feature that allows designers to reduce weight when designing products, making this alloy more affordable than 316, 317L. This alloy is particularly suitable for use in the -50¡ãF/+600¡ãF temperature range. For applications outside this temperature range, this alloy can also be considered, but there are some limitations, especially when applied to welded structures. Duplex stainless steel has twice the compressive strength compared to austenitic stainless steel, and designers can reduce its weight compared to 316L and 317L. Alloy 2205 is particularly suitable for use in the -50¡ãF/+600¡ãF temperature range, and can also be used at lower temperatures under severe restrictions (especially for welded structures).

Type 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy.304 stainless steel is used for a variety of household and industrial applications such as food handling and processing equipment, screws,[3] machinery parts, utensils, and exhaust manifolds. 304 stainless steel is also used in the architectural field for exterior accents such as water and fire features. It is also a common coil material for vaporizers.

ASTM A240 UNS N08904 material can be solution heat treated at 1090-1175¡ãC followed by quenching.
