acero duplex placa lamina bobina 2507 ficha tecnica

Alloy 2507 is a high strength duplex alloy. Super Duplex Plate is a dual ferritic and austenitic microstructured component designed with high concentrations of chromium, nickel and molybdenum. Super Duplex 2507 plate is used in systems where extra strength and enhanced corrosion resistance of different systems are required.

Applications below 600 ¡ãF (316 ¡ãC) can only be used with Duplex Plate 2507. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures reduces the toughness and corrosion resistance of Alloy 2507. SA 240 UNS S32750 boards have excellent mechanical properties.

At the same time, superior mechanical properties and excellent resistance to saline solutions and seawater make ASTM A240 UNS S32750 plate ideal for marine environments. The chemical composition of these coils consists of about 7% nickel, which allows the alloy to withstand high temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance, and improved impact strength. In contrast to 904L and 6% Molybdenum, Alloy 2507 gasket material proved to be a cost effective alloy.

In addition, the S32750 super duplex steel hot rolled sheet has greater corrosion resistance of the material. Alloy S32750 super duplex steel sheet is a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite (50/50). The production cost of super duplex steel S32750 sheet is lower. AISI S32750 plate has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SSC).
