Their inherent properties make them viable for a wide range of uses. Nickel alloys are exceptionally corrosion resistant and can be used in high-temperature environments.

Inconel 718 alloy ranks first among deformed superalloys in yield strength below 650°C, and has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good workability, weldability and long-term structural stability , can manufacture various shapes of complex parts, in the aerospace, nuclear energy, petroleum industry, has been widely used in the above temperature range.

The sizes range from 1/2 inches to 60 inches depending on the type of the flanges.

INCONEL 718 alloy was primarily chosen by design engineers for its high strength in extreme temperature conditions at both ends of the spectrum. It can be used from low temperatures all the way up to 1300¡ãF/704¡ãC. It exhibits extremely high yield, tensile and creep rupture properties across the entire range. It also exhibits excellent tensile and impact strength.

The sluggish age-hardening response of alloy 718 permits annealing and welding without spontaneous hardening during heating and cooling.

The alloy is ductile and readily forms Inconel 601 fasteners. It has high mechanical strength, good toughness and excellent corrosion resistance.

Alloy 600 (UNS N06600) is a nickel-based alloy with excellent carburization and good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. This alloy has long been used in the heat treatment industry for the same applications as RA330. Alloy 600 has useful resistance to dry Cl2 and HCl gases at moderately elevated temperatures. Due to the elevated nickel content, alloy 600 is not recommended for use in red hot conditions when sulfur is present.

This nickel alloy is used from cryogenic temperatures up to long term service at 1200¡ã F.
