The Corrosion Resistant HASTELLOY alloys are widely used by the chemical processing industries. The need for reliable performance leads to their acceptance and growth in the areas of energy, health and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and flue gas desulfurization industries.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

Hastelloy C2000 is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, this type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and corrosion resistance.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

Hastelloy C2000 Tubes are used in a broad range of industries including petrochemical processing, chemical processing equipment manufacturing, oil refineries and power plants.

Hastelloy C-2000 Fastener, also known by many as Alloy C-2000, is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion. The C-2000 fastener (UNS N06200) is unique among other Hastelloy alloys with approximately 1.6% copper added to its chemical composition. These properties make them ideal for applications such as heat exchangers and industrial reactors.

In addition to good corrosion resistance and high tensile strength, Duplex 2205 Hex Bolts also have high surface toughness. This and the passive oxide layer formed by the addition of chromium is the reason why 2205 duplex stainless steel fasteners are used in the marine industry.

The flange is second most used joining method after selding. Flanges are used when joints need dismantling. It provides flexibility for maintenance. Hastelloy C-276 also has exceptional resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres, as well as excellent resistance to multiple different chemical environments.

This nickel-molybdenum alloy is typically used under extreme reducing conditions and has a much lower composition of carbon, silicon and iron than Hastelloy B (Alloy B). Screws made from this alloy are also known as UNS N10665 fasteners.

Alloy C-22 should not be used in service temperatures above 1250¡ã F due to the formation of detrimental phases which form above this temperature.

Hastelloy C276 ASTM Standard B575 Plate is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with an enhancement of tungsten made to have superb deterioration resistance in a wide variety of extreme atmospheres.It is the chemical composition of the material that permits the Hastelloy C276 Sheet to perform well despite exposure to elevated temperatures.

HASTELLOY(r) C276 is solution heat treated at 1121¡ãC (2050¡ãF) and then rapidly quenched. In the case of forging or hot forming, parts should be solution heat treated prior to use.

HASTELLOY C-4 alloy (UNS N06455) is the most (microstructurally) stable of the widely
used nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials, which are well known for their resistance
to many aggressive chemicals, in particular hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chlorides. This alloy resists the formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition.

C276 is suitable for off-shore applications where hydrogen-sulphide stress corrosion cracking resistance is essential.

Although there are several variations of the Hastelloy nickel alloy, Hastelloy C-276 is by far the most widely used.

While there are slight variances to different hot pipe bending methods, nearly all are a form of induction bending.

Alloy B-3 also withstands sulfuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids, and other non-oxidizing media.

Hastelloy C276 clad plate is a chromium, nickel, iron, and molybdenum grade that is solid-solution strengthened.

NAS NW276 is a Ni Cr Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In this alloy, carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone (HAZ) is suppressed and corrosion resistance is improved by reducing the contents of C and Si.

The nickel and molybdenum component of ASTM B575 Hastelloy C-276 Sheets aids in their resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing conditions.

These flanges demonstrate outstanding toughness and hardness. Thus it exhibits superior ductility after prolonged exposure at a temperature of 650, 760, 870 degree C.

B3 Hastelloy Flanges has special chemistry designed to achieve high thermals stability than the Alloy B 2, performing in easier fabrication.

Other corrosives Hastelloy C-22 has resistance to are oxidizing acid chlorides, wet chlorine, formic and acetic acids, ferric and cupric chlorides, sea water, brine and many mixed or contaminated chemical solutions, both organic and inorganic.

Hastelloy B3 bolts are also known as alloy B-3 bolts and can be found under UNS N10675. This alloy is extremely resistant to pure hydrobromic, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Many industries, including the chemical industry, consider the alloy easy to machine, and its ductility allows machinists to easily form and even weld.

The flanges are produced through different techniques as the ASTM B564 Hastelloy B2 Threaded Flanges, screwed flanges, forged flanges and plate flanges. The threaded flanges are used with threaded pipes and the female threaded flanges connect to the male threaded pipe ends.

Hastelloy C22 washers are composed of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that, like other high-nickel alloys, is highly ductile, making it easy to machine, weld, and fabricate into nuts, bolts, and screws. Hastelloy C-22 washers are made of Haynes International trademark alloy, also known as UNS N06022 or alloy 22 fasteners. C-22 fasteners are made from one of the more popular Hastelloy alloys. It is highly resistant to oxidizing/non-oxidizing chemicals, making it an excellent alloy for columns, heat exchangers and reactors in the chemical processing industry.

Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion and stress corrosion cracking and better thermal stability than alloy B-2. Hastelloy UNS N10675 fasteners are suitable for aircraft, furnace and chemical process components, honeycomb and gas turbine combustion section components.
