HASTELLOY C276 is a Nickel-chromium-molybdenum wrought alloy that is considered the most versatile corrosion resistant alloy available. Hastelloy G-30 is an improved version of nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-copper alloy G-3. With higher chromium, added cobalt and tungsten, the G-30 shows superior corrosion resistance over most other nickel and iron based alloys in commercial phosphoric acids as well as complex environments containing highly oxidizing acids. The resistance of the alloy to the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the heat-affected zone makes it suitable for use in most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition.

Hastelloy C276 ASTM Standard B575 Plate is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with an enhancement of tungsten made to have superb deterioration.Alloy C276 nickel alloy plate is one of the premier corrosion resistant materials that performs exceptionally well in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Hastelloy B2 Welded Pipes is a wrought nickel-molybdenum alloy that can be used in the ¡®as welded¡¯ condition.

Hastelloy B2 fasteners are primarily used for excellent resistance to reducing environments such as hydrogen chloride gas, sulfuric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid. Like other Hastelloys, B2 fasteners can be used in the as-welded condition because they resist the formation of grain boundary carbide deposits in the weld heat-affected zone. Due to reduced ductility, B2 fasteners are not recommended for use between 1000¡ãF and 1600¡ãF.

Hastelloy X alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy with excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature strength, while still being easy to manufacture.
