Hastelloy C276 Fastener is a wrought corrosion resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that reduce corrosion resistance. C276 alloy fasteners have good machinability and are used for desulfurization of flue gas equipment and chemical process equipment. Hastelloy C276 bolts are commonly used to hold materials or objects together, or to position objects. A fastener that usually consists of a head on one end and a chamfer on the other. It is typically used in solution treated condition and soaked at 1121¡ãC (2050¡ãF) and then flash quenched.

Hastelloy B2 Flanges come under the ASTM B564 specification with sizes ranging from ? inches to 60 inches under different standards.

Hastelloy C2000 fasteners combine the excellent resistance to oxidizing media of C276 with excellent resistance to non-oxidizing environments, making it a unique alloy for protecting chemical process equipment under a variety of conditions, including fluids contaminated with iron ions .

As the most pipe bending methods are quite cost-efficient, using bent pipes and tubes will have a minimal impact on the overall design budget when using the ideal length and sizing for your application.

Alloy C-276 also has excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900¡ãF. Alloy C-276 has exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical environments.

Applications in air pollution control include stack liners, ducts, dampers, scrubbers, stack-gas re-heaters, fans and fan housings.

Hastelloy C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents (such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride), hot fouling media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and Seawater and brine solutions.

Hastelloy fasteners can be used in applications involving a wide range of media, including reducing acids and oxidizing agents. As the most versatile alloy c276 fastener, it is most commonly used for bolting of all Hastelloy grade fasteners.

Cold bending methods often rely on sheer physical force to help bring the pipe to its final shape while hot bending methods use careful heating to reduce the force required.
