The solution annealing treatment is required prior age hardening / precipitation hardening. The single phase microstructure created during solution annealing is required prior to age hardening, such that only the precipitates formed during age hardening will be present in the final product. The composition, size, and quantities of those precipitates formed during aging will determine the final product’s hardness, strength, and mechanical properties after aging. It is critical that the structure be properly solution treated prior to aging in order to meet all of these requirements.

Manual arc welding, the thin section size of 304 stainless steel with 0.04%-0.06% carbon can be used with Austrian 002 electrode, which will not cause intergranular corrosion after welding. For thick section rulers, keep the resistance after intergranular corrosion resistance. , should be changed to 304L stainless steel or stabilized austenitic stainless steel.

Originally developed to combat seawater corrosion, AL6XN has expanded its role as a good mid-range corrosion resistant alloy. AL6XN screw is a low carbon, high purity, nitrogen containing “super austenitic” stainless steel alloy. AL 6XN threaded rods are super austenitic AL 6XN threaded rods are super austenitic, made from an alloy containing limited carbon content of chromium, nickel and molybdenum. AL 6XN threaded rod is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking.

A flange is a ring of steel (forged, cut from plate, or rolled) designed to connect sections of pipe, or to join pipe to a pressure vessel, valve, pump or other integral flanged assembly. Flanges are joined to each other by bolts, and to the piping system by welding or threading (or loose when stub ends are used). 304/304L stainless steel has good cold and hot working properties, and can use a variety of cold and hot working processes to produce metallurgical products such as forgings, bars, wires, plates, strips and wires. The hot working temperature range is 900-1180 ¡æ. Its cold forming performance is an important technical indicator to measure whether the forming is smooth and the yield rate. As far as its metallographic factors are concerned, it is mainly the composition of the steel, that is, the ratio of chromium equivalent to nickel equivalent, and the elongation of conventional tensile properties is an important characterization index. In order to obtain good cold forming properties, the ratio of chromium equivalent to nickel equivalent in the steel needs to be controlled within an appropriate range.
