The ASTM A790 Duplex 2205 Pipe produced under this specification are intended to be used for those applications where corrosion resistance is a primary concern.

The most widely used stainless steel alloy is duplex 2205. It is also known as Duplex 2205 or Duplex 2205. It has ferritic and austenitic properties, making it ideal for environments with strong corrosion resistance. Good strength is a primary requirement. S32760 Heavy hex nuts are slightly larger and thicker than standard (finished) hex nuts. There are numerous grades and the heavy pattern is typically used for large diameter and high strength bolts.

Combining many of the beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels, 2205 is the most widely used duplex grade. Its high chromium and molybdenum conutenut gives stainless steel excellenut corrosion resistance.

Super Duplex 2507 stud bolts (EN 1.4410) are made of a stainless steel alloy containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel. Duplex 2507 is known for its high strength and excellent localized corrosion resistance to chloride.

Alloy 2205 duplex stainless steel plate is an alloy duplex stainless steel plate containing 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum, and 5-6% nickel nitrogen.
