Hastelloy C2000 Tubes are used in a broad range of industries including petrochemical processing, chemical processing equipment manufacturing, oil refineries and power plants.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

The trade name for Hastelloy B2 tube is also known as UNS N10665. B2 Hastelloy Welded Pipe is a solid solution nickel molybdenum based alloy. One of the highlights of the nickel alloy b2-lined hex pipe is its corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy C-276 alloy can be forged, hot-upset, and impact extruded. Although the alloy tends to work-harden, it can be successfully deep-drawn, spun, press formed or punched.

Alloy C276 plate is a high strength grade designed to be thicker than 6mm. The panels have a minimum tensile strength of 601mpa and a minimum yield strength of 204.8mpa. C276 composite panels are made by bonding two or metals in place. Meanwhile, Alloy C276 is resistant to oxidation at 1800¡ãF in the open air. However, alloy C276 is generally not recommended for high temperature service. The high molybdenum content makes alloy C276 prone to catastrophic oxidation under stagnant conditions, such as under solid deposits.

The primary alloy base materials for Hastelloy C276 include metals such as nickel, molybdenum and chromium. In addition to these three metals, Hastelloy C276 fasteners also have tungsten added. It is well known that the addition of tungsten to superalloys can improve the corrosion resistance of alloys in various harsh environments. Hastelloy C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents such as ferric and cupric chlorides, hot fouling media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride , seawater and brine solutions.

Thus these Hastelloy B2 Flanges are considered to be well suited to be used for most chemical process applications in an as-welded condition. Due to lower carbon content in the alloy, there is reduced precipitation of carbides as well as other phases in the heat-affected weld zones, which in turn ensures uniform resistance to corrosion in the flange.

HASTELLOY G-30 alloy is a high-chromium nickel-based alloy that exhibits corrosion resistance superior to most other nickel- and iron-based alloys in commercial phosphoric acid and in many complex environments containing highly oxidizing acids such as nitric/hydrochloric acid, Nitric/hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid. The resistance of G-30 alloy to the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the heat affected zone makes it suitable for the as-welded condition in most chemical processing applications.

Hastelloy C22, also known as Alloy C22, is a general-purpose austenitic grade alloy. The primary alloy materials used in Hastelloy C22 fasteners include metals such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. The main characteristic or characteristic of Hastelloy WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4602 Bolts are their enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-related corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy C-276 bushings are also used in sour gas wells, pulp and paper production, waste disposal, pharmaceutical and food processing equipment. Other important properties of this alloy Nickel Alloy C-276 and Hastelloy C-276 include its resistance to oxidizing agents.

Furnace rolls made of this alloy were still in good condition after operating for 8700 hours at 2150 Deg. F. Furnace trays, used to support heavy loads, have been exposed to temperatures up to 2300 Deg. F. in an oxidizing atmosphere without bending or warping.

Alloy B2 should not be used at temperatures between 1000¡ãF and 1600¡ãF as the alloy forms secondary phases that could decrease the ductility of the material.

C276 alloy fasteners have good machinability and are used for desulfurization of flue gas equipment and chemical process equipment. Hastelloy C276 bolts are commonly used to hold materials or objects together, or to position objects. A fastener that usually consists of a head on one end and a chamfer on the other. It is typically used in solution treated condition and soaked at 1121¡ãC (2050¡ãF) and then flash quenched.
