Nickel 200 is a solid solution strengthened metal. Nickel 200 Bar Stock contains 99.6% wrought nickel by weight and is considered commercially pure nickel. DIN 2.4066 Bar has good mechanical and physical properties. For example, ASTM B160 N02200 has excellent resistance to many corrosive compounds as well as corrosive environments. Meanwhile, Nickel 200 is a solid solution strengthened wrought alloy that can be designed as round bars and rods. These two components are used interchangeably and can be distinguished from certain key functions.

Nickel-copper-based alloy 400 Monel 2.4360 cold drawn rod is virtually immune to chloride stress-related corrosion cracking when exposed to corrosive media in typical environments. Monel 400 is a copper and nickel based alloy that is popular today due to its high performance. The alloy has excellent acid and alkali resistance. In addition, it has good tensile strength, ductility, excellent thermal conductivity, and can be hardened by cold work. Additionally, it can be used in applications with temperatures ranging from minus to 538 degrees Celsius.

Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with benign carburization and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Inconel 600 round bars are effective against drying Cl2 and many other different gases at mild and high temperatures. Alloy 600 bar is a nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance and resistance to chloride pressure decomposition cracking, high cleanliness water corrosion and acid oxidation at elevated temperatures.

Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high strength at elevated temperatures. Due to its high nickel content, Inconel 600 is extremely resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. Age hardening is not required as Inconel 600 is hardened and strengthened by cold work only. The Inconel 600 can operate in temperatures as low as 700¡ãF (370¡ãC).

Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. By cold working ASTM B164 UNS N04400 bar stock, the alloy is subjected to higher levels of mechanical stress, which in turn causes changes in the alloy’s microstructure.

The alloy 601 also has good resistance to aqueous corrosion.

The high nickel content in Inconel 600 alloy forged bars enhances the alloy’s corrosion resistance to many organic and inorganic compounds. The presence of nickel also renders Alloy 600 nickel hot rolled bars virtually immune to chloride stress-related corrosion cracking.

Inconel 625 round bar has the best acid and alkali corrosion resistance. Inconel 625 Hex Bar has the best corrosion resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acid. Inconel 625 threaded bar can be annealed in the temperature range between -320¡ãF and 842¡ãF.

Alloy C276 bar welding products are used as a matching composition filler material for welding C276 alloy forged and cast products in dissimilar welding applications including other NiCrMo alloys and stainless steels, as well as for surfacing or cladding of steel. Parts thermoformed in HASTELLOY C-276 alloy bar should, if possible, be solution heat treated prior to final fabrication or installation.

Nickel 201 round bars can be found in hardened and tempered forms. It is a commercial unalloyed nickel with excellent corrosion resistance and very low electrical resistivity. These alloy 201 round bars are resistant to the corrosive effects of most media and are immune to severe corrosion types such as pitting and crystallites intercorrosion. Due to the low carbon content of Nickel 201 Flat Bar, LC-Nickel 99.6 exhibits high resistance to caustic-induced corrosion even at high temperatures.

Alloy 800 round bars are used for service at low temperatures, and 800 is also resistant to water corrosion. Incoloy Alloy 800 round bar provides high strength and resistance at elevated temperatures. We supply UNS N08800 round bars in a variety of sizes and thicknesses according to customer requirements.

Alloy 718 is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium alloy containing large amounts of iron, niobium and molybdenum, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. It is sometimes called a “super alloy”.

Hastelloy C22 has good versatility and resistance to chloride-induced pitting HASTELLOY? C-22? alloy (UNS N06022) is a well-known nickel-chromium-molybdenum material, some of its main properties are resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, protection from Subject to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. C22 has a high chromium content and is more resistant to oxidation than C-276 alloy.

Alloy 625 rods are commonly used in oil and gas production where hydrogen sulfide and elemental sulfur are present at temperatures in excess of 150 degrees Celsius. These Nickel 625 round bars are very resistant to seawater under flowing and stagnant conditions as well as under fouling conditions.

Applications for ASME SB408 Alloy 825 round bar are chemically machined components, pollution control, vapor recovery, pickling tank components, and nuclear fuel processing. ASME SB408 Alloy 825 bar has excellent resistance to a variety of corrosive environments including oxidation and reduction.

Incoloy is a group of superalloys mainly made of nickel, iron and chromium. They are designed for corrosion resistance and high creep and rupture properties. Incoloy 825 round bar uses additional copper and molybdenum.

The nickel content in UNS N08800 bars provides excellent resistance to chloride ion stress-related corrosion cracking, which in turn is another important feature of nickel alloy 800h round bars.

Incoloy 800 / 800h / 800ht round bars are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with high tensile strength and excellent corrosion resistance. These are also in a carburized state at high temperatures. Incoloy 800 is a pure grade material, slightly modified to 800 h grade. These round bars are suitable for elevator temperatures in construction applications.

Nickel 800 cold rolled bars run on the die shortly after the hot rolling process, allowing the bars to exhibit exceptional strength and excellent surface finish. Alloy 800 Bright Bar is an aesthetically appealing grade that can be produced in different finishes and sizes.

Incoloy 800H round bars are also known for their resistance to oxidation and carburization, even at high temperatures. This means that these bars are ideal for high temperature applications. This feature has made Incoloy 800HT round bars popular in the petrochemical industry. The presence of nickel in the alloy contributes to its resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, which is indeed an essential feature of alloy 800h rods.

Alloy 600 is an excellent choice for a variety of applications. It is a highly corrosion and heat resistant material, and its high thermal conductivity means it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion.

High nickel content ensures resistance to stress corrosion cracking, combined with molybdenum and copper provides strong resistance to reducing environments such as sulfuric and phosphoric acid, chromium to resist oxidizing environments such as nitric acid, titanium to inhibit intergranular corrosion, and overall resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Alloy 925 is a nickel-based alloy with major additions of iron and chromium, but also molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum. The combination of high strength and corrosion resistance makes it suitable for applications such as valves, hangers, packers and pipes in sour gas environments. It can also be used for fasteners and pump shafts in marine environments.

The combination of nickel and chromium provides protection in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. The high nickel content also provides resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. Resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is also excellent. The alloy is produced by a vacuum remelting process, but can be supplied using an air melting single-consumer electrode (VAR or ESR) practice if material specifications permit.
