S32750 S32760 Super duplex stainless steel pipes highly resistant to inorganic acids

Super Duplex UNS S32750 /F53 Flanges are made from a super duplex stainless steel grade that has 24% chromium, 3% molybdenum, 6% nickel and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and iron in the composition.

Also known as standard duplex stainless steel, these 2205 duplex bolts are one of the most widely used stainless steel grades.

The 2205 gasket is known as a duplex stainless steel gasket because it has a combination of ferrite and austenite and can be made into fasteners due to its high corrosion resistance. It has higher corrosion resistance than 316 stainless steel and is also highly resistant to stress corrosion and chloride cracking. 2205 has been determined to be cost effective because it is only 5% nickel and is significantly less expensive than Hastelloy C276 fasteners.

Duplex 2205 bolts (EN 1.4462 ) are made of austenitic-ferritic stainless steel and are designed to provide higher strength and corrosion resistance than 300 series stainless steels.
