Hastelloy C2000 Tubes are used in a broad range of industries including petrochemical processing, chemical processing equipment manufacturing, oil refineries and power plants.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

Hastelloy C276 bolts are used in heavy duty applications due to their excellent mechanical quality. This material is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials used in the world. The bolt can be used with welding without the effects of grain boundary precipitation because it has virtually no carbide precipitation during welding. Hastelloy C276 bolts can be used in acid treatment applications because the material resists most corrosive conditions, including heavy sulfur compounds and chloride ions. This quality makes it suitable for desulfurization machinery, flue gas machinery and other harsh conditions.

Alloy B-3 also withstands sulfuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids, and other non-oxidizing media.

Hastelloy C-276 is a very popular alloy for us because of its high corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments. HT PIPE stocks a large stock of Hastelloy c726 bolts and fasteners. Hastelloy C-276 fasteners are made of nickel-molybdenum-chromium forged alloy, which is an improved forged version of alloy C. We stock Hastelloy c-276 bolts, nuts, screws, washers, studs, socket head cap screws, and many other fasteners for timely shipment.

The alloy is forged between 2250/1750oF (1230/955oC) and then soaked at the forging temperature for 30 minutes per inch of billet or ingot section thickness. Forging should begin immediately, the billet is removed from the reheat furnace, a 25/40% reduction helps retain as much internal heat as possible. For optimum corrosion resistance, forged parts should be subsequently annealed. See Heat Treatment.

Inconel 600 flat washers are also non-magnetic and offer the perfect combination of high strength, hot and cold workability, and resistance to common forms of corrosion. Inconel Alloy 600 ferrules exhibit excellent toughness even at sub-zero temperatures and are suitable for use with most alkaline solutions and sulfides. To avoid stress corrosion cracking, Alloy 600 split washers are manufactured to be fully stress relieved prior to use.

Alloy C276 is an alloy that excels in a range of corrosive environments. It is resistant to strong oxidizing chlorides, reducing acids, hot sea water and saline solutions.

Hastelloy C-276 also has exceptional resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres, as well as excellent resistance to multiple different chemical environments.

The distinguishing feature of Hastelloy B3 hex bolts is their ability to maintain excellent ductility during transient exposure to intermediate temperatures. Hastelloy B3 bolts are made of an alloy containing nickel and molybdenum. These bolts are resistant to corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C276 Sheets is a solid-solution-strengthened, nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with a small amount of tungsten, which exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in an assortment of harsh environments.

Alloy C276 nickel alloy plate is one of the premier corrosion resistant materials that performs exceptionally well in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Therefore the Haynes Alloy C276 N10276 Polished Plate is used in industries such as pulp and paper production, chemical processing, pollution control, industrial and municipal waste treatment, as well as for the recovery of sour natural gas in sour wells.
