Hastelloy C2000 Tubes are used in a broad range of industries including petrochemical processing, chemical processing equipment manufacturing, oil refineries and power plants.

C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with tungsten added, designed for excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of harsh environments. The high nickel and molybdenum contents make nickel steel alloys particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments, while chromium is resistant to oxidizing media.

Alloy C-276 has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. It is also one of the few materials that can withstand the corrosive effects of wet chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

The flange is second most used joining method after selding. Flanges are used when joints need dismantling. It provides flexibility for maintenance. Hastelloy C22, also known as Alloy C22, is a general purpose austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. High chromium content provides good oxidation resistance, while molybdenum and tungsten content provides good reduction resistance. Hastelloy C22 alloy also has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media, including wet chlorine and nitric acid-containing mixtures or oxidizing acids containing chloride ions.

Alloy C276 Forged Flange Hastelloy C276 Flanges are made up of the nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that is called hastelloy. The alloy can be used in phosphoric acid and acetic acid and a range of organic acids. Hastelloy B2 alloy is having chloride induced SCC resistance.

Alloy C276 is an alloy that excels in a range of corrosive environments. It is resistant to strong oxidizing chlorides, reducing acids, hot sea water and saline solutions.

HASTELLOY G-30 alloy is a high-chromium nickel-based alloy that exhibits corrosion resistance superior to most other nickel- and iron-based alloys in commercial phosphoric acid and in many complex environments containing highly oxidizing acids such as nitric/hydrochloric acid, Nitric/hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid. The resistance of G-30 alloy to the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the heat affected zone makes it suitable for the as-welded condition in most chemical processing applications.

Alloy B-2 has poor corrosion resistance to oxidizing environments, therefore, it is not recommended for use in oxidizing media or in the presence of iron or copper salts, which may cause rapid premature corrosion failure.

Hastelloy B3 fasteners offer the same excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid and other strong reducing chemicals as other B alloys, including B2, but with significantly enhanced thermal stability and easier fabrication. In addition, B3 fasteners are highly resistant to attack from cut lines and heat affected zones. Like B2 alloys, B3 fasteners are not recommended for use in the presence of iron or copper salts that can cause rapid corrosion failure.

Today, Alloy B2 with restricted chemistry can be used in the welded condition and is less susceptible to SCC under many conditions. As always, care must taken in selecting the right alloy for the desired application.

HASTELLOY X is a wrought nickel-based alloy with excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. All product forms are excellent in forming and welding. Although HASTELLOY X is primarily known for its heat and oxidation resistance, it also has good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and good carburization, as well as excellent resistance to reducing or carburizing atmospheres. Alloy X is one of the most widely used nickel-based superalloys for gas turbine engine components.
