Hastelloy C2000 is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, this type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and corrosion resistance.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

Hastelloy C-22 is identified by the Unified Numbering System (UNS) designation of?N06022. It is a nickel based alloy with high nickel (56%), chromium (22%), and molyddenum (13%).

The flange is second most used joining method after selding. Flanges are used when joints need dismantling. It provides flexibility for maintenance. Flange connects the pipe with various equipment and valves. Breakup flanges are added in the pipeline system if regular maintenance in required during plant operation.
A flanged joint is composed of three separate and independent although interrdlated components; the flanges, the gaskets, and the bolting; which are assembled by yet another influence, the fitter. Special controls are required in the selection and application of all there elements to attain a joint, which has acceptable leak tightness.
A flange is a protruded ridge, lip or rim, either external or internal, that serves to increase strength (as the flange of an iron beam such as an I-beam or a T-beam); for easy attachment/transfer of contact force with another object (as the flange on the end of a pipe, steam cylinder, etc., or on the lens mount of a camera); or for stabilizing and guiding the movements of a machine or its parts (as the inside flange of a rail car or tram wheel, which keep the wheels from running off the rails). The term “flange” is also used for a kind of tool used to form flanges.

What distinguishes the Hastelloy B3 fastener from its predecessor is its excellent ductility during transient exposure to intermediate temperatures (i.e. machining, heat treatment) due to its lower carbon content. This nickel-molybdenum alloy is typically available in bar, wire, sheet and plate form. Hastelloy B-3 fasteners are commonly used in vacuum furnaces and petro/chemical production lines.

Hastelloy B2 fasteners are primarily used for excellent resistance to reducing environments such as hydrogen chloride gas, sulfuric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid. Like other Hastelloys, B2 fasteners can be used in the as-welded condition because they resist the formation of grain boundary carbide deposits in the weld heat-affected zone. Due to reduced ductility, B2 fasteners are not recommended for use between 1000¡ãF and 1600¡ãF.

INCONEL alloy C-276 is designated as UNS N10276 and Werkstoff Nr. 2.4819. It is listed in NACE MR0175 for oil and gas service.

Hastelloy C-263, is an age hardenable nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy.Hastelloy? 2 C-263 has some very positive attributes that make it ideal for a wide range of applications. HAYNES? 263 alloy combines properties which make it suitable for a variety of fabricated component applications in both aircraft turbine engine and industrial turbine applications.

Hastelloy C276 Specialty Bolts are a standard grade of austenitic stainless steel fasteners based on 15% chromium and 57% nickel.

Hastelloy C2000 lap joint flanges are used for heat treatment applications. They have very little carbon content and high nickel content, which makes them much stronger than any other flanges.

Alloy C276 plate is a high strength grade designed to be thicker than 6mm. The panels have a minimum tensile strength of 601mpa and a minimum yield strength of 204.8mpa. C276 composite panels are made by bonding two or metals in place. Meanwhile, Alloy C276 is resistant to oxidation at 1800¡ãF in the open air. However, alloy C276 is generally not recommended for high temperature service. The high molybdenum content makes alloy C276 prone to catastrophic oxidation under stagnant conditions, such as under solid deposits.

Hastelloy C276 bolts are used in heavy duty applications due to their excellent mechanical quality. This material is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials used in the world. The bolt can be used with welding without the effects of grain boundary precipitation because it has virtually no carbide precipitation during welding. Hastelloy C276 bolts can be used in acid treatment applications because the material resists most corrosive conditions, including heavy sulfur compounds and chloride ions. This quality makes it suitable for desulfurization machinery, flue gas machinery and other harsh conditions.

Hastelloy C276 clad plate is a chromium, nickel, iron, and molybdenum grade that is solid-solution strengthened.

Alloy B-3 also withstands sulfuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids, and other non-oxidizing media.

Hastelloy B3 bolts are made of an alloy containing nickel and molybdenum. These bolts are resistant to corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion cracking. These bolts can also withstand a variety of acid binding environments, such as those containing sulfuric, acetic, formic, and phosphoric acids.

Alloy C276 Forged Flange Hastelloy C276 Flanges are made up of the nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that is called hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus in it. The Hastelloy C276 Flanges have high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows for higher operating temperatures of the flanges. The material also has 790MPa minimum tensile strength and 355MPa minimum yield strength.
