NAS NW276 is a Ni Cr Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In this alloy, carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone (HAZ) is suppressed and corrosion resistance is improved by reducing the contents of C and Si.

Incoloy alloy is applied as the prefix name to several highly corrosion resistant high temperature strength metal alloys produced by Special Metals Corporation. Nickel alloys are excellent for heat exchangers in the chemical processing and nuclear industries. They’re used in steam generator tubing in the nuclear power industry, in high-temperature aircraft systems, and in oil and gas extraction programs where corrosion-, pressure- and temperature-resistant tubing is required

Alloy 22 (UNS N06022) is the most versatile Nickel Chromium Molybdenum Tungsten alloy with controlled Iron. Due to Alloy 22’s content this alloy exhibits excellent resistance to both oxidising and reducing acid environments as well as those containing mixed acids.

The sheer variety of pipe bend sizes and materials also make them suitable for routing everything from hot or caustic liquids to maintaining pressure and movement in high viscosity liquids or those with suspended solids, such as Oil Sands slurry lines which contains a high concentration of silica sand.

HASTELLOY C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents such as ferric and copper chlorides, hot fouling media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acids, acetic anhydride, and Seawater and brine solutions. It can be used in flue gas desulfurization systems due to its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions in most scrubbers.

Nickel Alloy C-276 and Hastelloy C-276 can be welded by all common welding methods (oxyacetylene is not recommended).

Hastelloy C276 ASTM Standard B575 Plate is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with an enhancement of tungsten made to have superb deterioration.Alloy C276 nickel alloy plate is one of the premier corrosion resistant materials that performs exceptionally well in both oxidizing and reducing environments. It resists chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, crevice and general corrosion.

Hastelloy B3 Weld Neck Flange is not recommended for use in the presence of ferric or cupric salts because these salts can cause premature failure.

Inconel Alloy 600 ferrules exhibit excellent toughness even at sub-zero temperatures and are suitable for use with most alkaline solutions and sulfides. To avoid stress corrosion cracking, Alloy 600 split washers are manufactured to be fully stress relieved prior to use.

The chemical composition of Hastelloy B2 includes a very small amount of carbon content. Hence, the flanges produced from Hastelloy grade B2 tends to resist the formation of grain boundary carbide precipitates during welding in the weld heat-affected zone.
