AL6XN is a superaustenitic stainless steel with outstanding resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. AL6XN is a 6 moly alloy that was developed for and is used in highly aggressive environments. It has high nickel (24%), molybdenum (6.3%), nitrogen and chromium contents that give it excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, chloride pitting, and exceptional general corrosion resistance. AL6XN is primarily used for its improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chlorides. It is a formable and weldable stainless steel.

Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. Hastelloy C22 socket weld flanges are used in the chemical process industry in equipment like flue gas scrubbers, chlorine systems, sulfur dioxide scrubbers, pulp, and paper bleach plants, pickling systems.

310SS flanges also have good resistance to sulfidation and other forms of hot corrosion. Although primarily known for its high temperature properties, 310 stainless steel also provides excellent performance at cryogenic temperatures.

Stainless steel 310 hex head bolts (like on oil rigs), not only prolong the life of the cabinet, but also be safer around. It has some good properties such as corrosion resistance, robust construction, dimensional accuracy, etc.

Copper-nickel flanges have a long tapered hub that gradually extends through the wall thickness from the pipe or fitting. It provides an important reinforcement material for a variety of applications involving high pressure, subzero and/or high temperature.

Incoloy 825 is stable annealed at 940°C. The softest structure was obtained at 980°C. Sections heavier than sheet, strip and wire should be quenched to avoid sensitivity.

The material is also resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking, to erosion corrosion, to corrosion fatigue, to general corrosion in acids. This alloy has good weldability and very high mechanical strength.

Incoloy 800 is an alloy with a higher content of iron. Due to the alloy having a higher content of ferrous, and lower content of nickel, the cost of Inconel 800 becomes low.

A105 steel bar is a low carbon and low manganese steel with good tensile strength.

Any cold working operations will increase the strength and hardness of the material, and may leave it slightly magnetic. AISI 304H can be forged in the 1700-2200°F range.
