Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. 304 is chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel. Better corrosion resistance than Type 302. High ductility, excellent drawing, forming and spinning properties. Inherently non-magnetic, it becomes slightly magnetic when cold worked. Low carbon content means less precipitation of carbides in the heat affected zone during welding and less susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.

Steel flanges provide an easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. They usually come in round shapes but they can also come in square and rectangular forms. Incoloy 800HT hot-rolled sheet is generally a nickel alloy sheet with a thickness of 3mm-5mm or more. Incoloy 800HT sheet inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Incoloy 800HT.

Incoloy 800HT seamless pipe is available up to 8″ NB. Larger sizes are available in welded construction (100% X-ray) and can also be fabricated to order. Incoloy 800HT tubing is available up 3″ OD.
