UNS N08367 also commonly referred to as alloy AL6XN is a low carbon, high purity, nitrogen-bearing “super-austenitic” nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion.

Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. By cold working ASTM B164 UNS N04400 bar stock, the alloy is subjected to higher levels of mechanical stress, which in turn causes changes in the alloy’s microstructure.

SAE 304 stainless steel is the most common stainless steel. The steel contains both chromium (between 18% and 20%) and nickel (between 8% and 10.5%)[1] metals as the main non-iron constituents. It is an austenitic stainless steel. It is less electrically and thermally conductive than carbon steel. It is magnetic, but less magnetic than steel. It has a higher corrosion resistance than regular steel and is widely used because of the ease in which it is formed into various shapes.[1]

MONEL K500 is a age-hardenable Nickel-Copper alloy which combines the corrosion resistance of Alloy 400 with high strength corrosion fatigue and erosion resistance.

ASTM A479 UNS S31803 Duplex Steel Bolts are made of duplex stainless steel. Due to the high mechanical properties, cost effectiveness and corrosion resistance of ASME SA 479 UNS S32205 Duplex 2205 Bolts and other products in this grade, Duplex Steel is used as a replacement for most other steel types.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-chromium austenitic alloy. Incoloy 825 round bars have a round cross section and are embedded with an excellent chemical composition. Alloy 825 round bars can be alloyed with copper, molybdenum, and titanium to increase resistance to corrosive and oxidizing media.

Inconel 625 alloy is used for heat shields, furnace hardware, gas turbine engine ducting, combustion liners and spray bars, chemical plant hardware and special seawater applications.

INCOLOY alloy 926 (UNS N08926 / W. Nr. 1.4529 / INCOLOY alloy 25-6MO) pipe fitting is a super-austenitic stainless steel containing 6% molybdenum and enhanced by an addition of nitrogen. The nickel and chromium contents of this alloy make it resistant to a wide range of corrosive environments.

These pipes are supplied with ASTM A182 F11 flanges for the mining, construction and aerospace industries, giving them resistance to sensation, and they also give you maximum strength. They are also made from the highest quality raw materials.

ASTM A479 Super Duplex 2507 Hex Bolts combines high strength and good ductility with outstanding corrosion resistance qualities. The higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents in these ASME SA 479 Alloy 2507 Hex Bolts result in a Pitting Resistance Equivalent number (PREN) of >40.

The minimum yield strength of the flanges is 517MPa and the minimum tensile strength is 930MPa. These are relatively high strength flanges compared to most stainless steel flanges. The high strength of the Inconel alloy 625 Slip on Flanges and the other types comes from the material composition. The material is made up of 58% nickel, 20% chromium, carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur and 5% iron. The high nickel and chromium content make the flanges highly corrosion resistant.
