Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. By cold working ASTM B164 UNS N04400 bar stock, the alloy is subjected to higher levels of mechanical stress, which in turn causes changes in the alloy’s microstructure.

Titanium’s density is about 60% that of stainless steel and nickel alloys, this weight saving makes it a popular choice in applications where this is critical such as aerospace.

These SS 347 flat washers offer high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties up to 600¡ãF (316¡ãC), and good toughness in the base metal and weld. INCONEL 718 alloy was primarily chosen by design engineers for its high strength in extreme temperature conditions at both ends of the spectrum. It can be used from low temperatures all the way up to 1300¡ãF/704¡ãC. It exhibits extremely high yield, tensile and creep rupture properties across the entire range. It also exhibits excellent tensile and impact strength.

304 stainless steel is the most common stainless steel. The steel contains both chromium (between 18% and 20%) and nickel (between 8% and 10.5%)[1] metals as the main non-iron constituents. It is an austenitic stainless steel.When it comes to uses, SS304 can be found in kitchen sinks and other appliances such as toasters and microwave ovens. SS304 is also used to make pressure vessels, wheel covers as well as for building facades.

Inconel Square Pipes is similar to other stainless steel but with a titanium addition of at least five times the carbon content. This addition in Inconel Rectangular Pipes reduces or prevents carbide precipitation during welding and in the 800 Degree C 1500 Degree F service conditions.

The strength of 800H is achieved by controlled levels of carbon, aluminum and titanium along with a 2100¡ãF minimum anneal to achieve a grain size of ASTM 5 or coarser.

Incoloy 800 Sheets are a combination of nickel, chromium and iron alloys with advantages and properties such as excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature carburization and medium or high strength and excellent resistance to name a few.

Inconel 718 consists primarily of nickel (52%). Alloying elements include iron (19%), chromium (18%), niobium + tantalum (5%), molybdenum (3%), titanium (0.9%), aluminum (0.5%), in addition to other trace elements such as Baron, Cobalt, Copper, Manganese and Silicon.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-based alloy generally similar to Alloy 20 in water corrosion. It has useful resistance to boiling sulfuric acid up to 40% strength, 60% strength at 176¡ãF, and 150¡ãF at all concentrations.

Hastelloy C22/C276 pipes and tubes are manufactured by mechanical treatment or electroplating and machining. The inner and outer surfaces of the Hastelloy tubing are electropolished for a uniform appearance.
