S30403 Stainless Steel Round Bar It can be categorically said that rebar is one of the core components of any manufacturing industry or any industry that relies on machinery. S30403 stainless steel bar has low carbon content and high chromium composition. It has good strength, ease of formability, and outstanding corrosion resistance, including protection against corrosion when welding. ASTM A276 SUS 304L stainless steel bar can be used in the as-welded condition without being affected by intergranular corrosion. Also known as WNR 1.4306 bar, it has continuous use up to 1650°F and oxidation resistance up to 1500°F, which involves cyclic heating.

 

The austenite present in the microstructure of S30403 bars becomes stable. Second, nitrogen not only improves the aforementioned properties, but also increases the yield strength of the material, as the change in carbon reduces its mechanical properties. The UNS S30403 Forged Bar has also been upgraded. 304L is one of the most widely used stainless steel grades. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. ASTM A276 304L stainless steel bar is the low carbon variation of  304 bar and preferred for its welding abilities.
