Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. Inconel 718 is a Gamma Prime reinforced alloy with excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures as well as low temperatures up to around 1300 F. It is easy to machine and can be welded in the annealed or aged condition.

The Incoloy 800h Pipe produced in accordance with the ASTM B407 specification is supplied either in the form of cold worked or hot finished manner. Aside from conforming to the chemistry requirements of the said specification the Sb 407 UNS N08810 Incoloy Alloy 800h Round Pipe, is to be heat treated at determined annealing temperatures. Another requirement that needs to be adhered to is the Sb 407 N08810 Grade 1.4958 Pipe needs to be tested and measured via the Planimetric method.

HASTELLOY C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with universal corrosion resistance unmatched by any other alloy. It has outstanding resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments including ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated mineral acids, solvents, chlorine and chlorine contaminated (both organic and inorganic), dry chlorine, formic and acetic acids, acetic anhydride, sea water and brine solutions and hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. Alloy C276 also resists formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat affected zone making it useful for most chemical processes in the as-welded condition. It has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

Inconel UNS N07718 sheet is resistant to oxidation over its service temperature range. The slow precipitation hardening reaction of Inconel Din 2.4668 sheet makes it easy to weld without hardening or cracking.

Hastelloy G30 is resistant to grain precipitation in high temperature regions. Hastelloy G30 fasteners exhibit physical properties such as thermal conductivity, elongation, and elastic modulus. AL-6XN is an alloy that is an austenitic stainless steel. It is often referred to as a super austenitic stainless steel because it has several useful properties. One of the main benefits of using al6xn bolts is that it can be used in high temperatures. Meanwhile, AL6XN is a super austenitic alloy, and the most abundant element is iron. It is the most popular of the 6% molybdenum alloys. Common uses are in the food processing, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It exhibits superior corrosion resistance compared to duplex alloys in most environments. Due to the lower nickel content, AL6XN fasteners are generally more economical than high nickel alloy fasteners.

It has a higher melting point around 2400 degrees Fahrenheit to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit. Primarily Monel K500 grade is a spark resistant alloy. This becomes non-magnetic below -200 degrees Fahrenheit. In terms of cold working operations, magnetic structures can be achieved. The Monel nickel-copper composition of Monel 500 is highly resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for many types of industrial applications that require extreme environmental protection, such as salt water and strongly acidic conditions.
