Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with benign carburization and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Inconel 600 round bars are effective against drying Cl2 and many other different gases at mild and high temperatures. Alloy 600 bar is a nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance and resistance to chloride pressure decomposition cracking, high cleanliness water corrosion and acid oxidation at elevated temperatures.

AL6XN is a superaustenitic stainless steel with outstanding resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. AL6XN is a 6 moly alloy that was developed for and is used in highly aggressive environments. It has high nickel (24%), molybdenum (6.3%), nitrogen and chromium contents that give it excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, chloride pitting, and exceptional general corrosion resistance. AL6XN is primarily used for its improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chlorides. It is a formable and weldable stainless steel.

Higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content results in a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) > 40, providing superior pitting and crevice corrosion capabilities to austenitic and duplex stainless steels in virtually all corrosive media, and critical pitting temperature Above 50¡ãC .

Astm a335 P91 pipe is a seamless pipe for high temperature applications. These pipes are made of ferritic alloy steel. Chemically speaking, a335 P91 welded pipe contains elements such as molybdenum (Mo) and chromium added to the alloy. The tensile strength of sa335 grade P91 pipe increases when molybdenum and chromium are added to the alloy. The tensile strength of a335 grade P91 pipe is 415 Mpa, while its yield strength is 205 Mpa. Pipe elongation ranges from 20% to 30%.

Hastelloy C276 Flanges Hastelloy C276 Flanges are made up of the nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that is called hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus in it. The Hastelloy C276 Flanges have high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows for higher operating temperatures of the flanges. The material also has 790MPa minimum tensile strength and 355MPa minimum yield strength.

Through additions of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice attack are improved. Alloy 2507 has excellent localized pitting resistance.

Hastelloy C22 fasteners are a general-purpose grade composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and tungsten alloys. These designs are designed to increase resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SSC) and crevice corrosion cracking. Alloy C-22 has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents such as ferric and cupric chlorides, chlorine, hot fouling solutions (organic and inorganic), formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and seawater and Brine solution. ASTM B564 UNS N04400 Pipe Flang Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy (about 67% Ni ¨C 23% Cu) that is resistant to sea water and steam at high temperatures as well as to salt and caustic solutions. Alloy 400 is a solid solution alloy that can only be hardened by cold working. This nickel alloy exhibits characteristics like good corrosion resistance, good weldability and high strength. A low corrosion rate in rapidly flowing brackish or seawater combined with excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking in most freshwaters, and its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions led to its wide use in marine applications and other non-oxidizing chloride solutions.
