Alloy 304/304L resists atmospheric corrosion, as well as, moderately oxidizing and reducing environments. The alloy has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion in the as-welded condition.

Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 are dual phase austenitic-ferritic duplex fasteners manufactured from alloy containing chromium, nickel and molybdenum with restricted carbon content and minimum PREN42. Zeron washers have high strength, resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, erosion and corrosion fatigue, crevice corrosion resistance.

The addition of chromium and molybdenum to a182 grade f9 enhances the corrosion resistance of the flange.

Cold working operations will increase the strength and hardness of these stainless steel 316L eyeglass blind flanges and may make them slightly magnetic. Flanges are usually welded or threaded. Flange joints are made by bolting two flanges together with a gasket between them to provide a seal.

Age-hardenable Inconel 718 Heavy Duty Hex Bolts can be easily fabricated, even into complex parts.
