Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Hastelloy X fasteners, also known as UNS N06002 fasteners, have excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is also suitable for furnaces, heaters and many high temperature applications because it is weldable, heat treatable and relatively easy to machine. These stainless steel ASTM A453 Grade 660 bolts can be used up to 700¡ãC. This alloy achieves high tensile strength through a high degree of homogeneity. ASTM A286 bolts have an impressive minimum yield strength of 105,000 psi. Because SA 453 660 grade material retains its high strength even at high temperatures, these fasteners and bolts are commonly used in high temperature environments such as jet engines, turbocharger components, and gas turbines.

Incoloy 800H/HT alloy is used for high temperature structural applications. The nickel content makes the alloy highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement from sigma-phase precipitation. Overall corrosion resistance is excellent. Alloys 800H and 800HT have excellent creep and stress rupture properties under solution annealed conditions.

304 fittings are standard “18/8” stainless steel; it is the most versatile and widely used stainless steel available in a wider range of products, forms and finishes than any other. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics.

Due to their similarity to 316, these ASME SA 276 stainless steel TP316Ti grades can be used at elevated temperatures. Also recognized as a WR 1.4571 grade rod, it maintains the same physical and mechanical properties as standard grade stainless steel 316. It exhibits excellent resistance to various environments and temperatures, as well as to corrosion and oxidation over time. Stainless steel 316Ti bolts are typically used in areas that can withstand higher temperatures than Type 304, and their low carbon makes them resistant to carbon precipitation.

Alloy 20 (Alloy 20) is an iron-based austenitic alloy developed to resist sulfuric acid corrosion. It has excellent resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion; it has strong resistance to phosphoric acid, nitric acid and chloride environments, chloride stress corrosion, pitting corrosion and crack corrosion. Therefore, alloy 20 has the name of anti-corrosion alloy; it has a wide range of applications: such as: chemical, food, medicine, power production and plastics industries will use it.
