A286 (1.4980) bolts, also known as alloy 660 bolts, are a stainless steel alloy containing iron, nickel and chromium. A286 bolts are known for their high strength, creep resistance and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, once age hardened. As a result, A286 bolts provide high strength from room temperature to approximately 1300¡ãF (700¡ãC).

As a very effective alloy, the corrosion resistance of copper-nickel 70/30 seamless pipe and tubing makes it a valuable addition to industries that require corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy C-276 fasteners and other products in the Hastelloy family have excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidizing and reducing chemicals. Due to its adaptability, Hastelloy C-276 alloy can be used in problem areas and is more likely to occur in process areas. In Hastelloy C276 hex bolts, the chromium content is increased to about 21% and the molybdenum content is reduced to about 13%. Hastelloy C276 Heavy Duty Hex Bolts also provide optimum resistance to environments encountered in reducing and oxidizing conditions in the process stream.

AL6XN is a superaustenitic stainless steel with outstanding resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. AL6XN is a 6 moly alloy that was developed for and is used in highly aggressive environments.

Grade 317L Stainless Steel Flanges is readily available for applications in the industrial, architectural, and transportation fields. Grade 317L also has outstanding welding characteristics. Post-weld annealing is not required when welding thin sections.

Hastelloy B2 prevents the formation of grain boundary carbide precipitates in the weld heat affected zone, making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition. The heat affected weld zone reduces the precipitation of carbides and other phases to ensure uniform corrosion resistance.
Alloy B2 also has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

Grade UNS S31803 is termed as a duplex class due to its mixed Austenitic-ferritic microstructure. Duplex stainless steel alloys have an equal proportion of both austenite and ferrite, which is why Duplex Steel Fittings exhibit properties prominent to both classes.
