Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with benign carburization and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Inconel 600 round bars are effective against drying Cl2 and many other different gases at mild and high temperatures. Alloy 600 bar is a nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance and resistance to chloride pressure decomposition cracking, high cleanliness water corrosion and acid oxidation at elevated temperatures.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. In general, the Type 316 grade can be considered equally good in a given environment. A notable exception is intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone on welds and susceptible alloys in sufficiently corrosive environments. Incoloy 800HT, also known as ¡°Alloy 800HT¡±, is designated as UNS N08811 or DIN W.Nr. 1.4959. It is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy having the same basic composition as Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 800H but with significantly higher creep-rupture strength.

Steel flanges provide an easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. They usually come in round shapes but they can also come in square and rectangular forms. The flanges are joined to each other by bolting and joined to the piping system by welding or threading and are designed to the specific pressure ratings; 150lb, 300lb, 400lb, 600lb, 900lb, 1500lb and 2500lb.

Chromium Molybdenum Alloy Steel or Chromium Molybdenum, CrMo is an alloy steel used for high temperature and high pressure service.

Monel K500 bolts and nuts are used in a variety of industries due to their high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance and durability. It is a nickel-copper alloy with a composition of 63% nickel and 27% copper, among other elements.
