AL6XN is a 6 moly alloy that was developed for and is used in highly aggressive environments. It has high nickel (24%), molybdenum (6.3%), nitrogen and chromium contents that give it excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, chloride pitting, and exceptional general corrosion resistance. AL6XN is primarily used for its improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chlorides. It is a formable and weldable stainless steel.

Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with benign carburization and excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Inconel 600 round bars are effective against drying Cl2 and many other different gases at mild and high temperatures. 304 has good oxidation resistance in intermittent duty up to 870¡ãC and continuous duty up to 925¡ãC. However, continuous use at 425-860¡ãC is not recommended. In this case, 304L is recommended because of its resistance to carbide precipitation.

INCONEL? alloy 718 (UNS N07718/W.Nr. 2.4668) is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel chromium material used at -423¡ã to 1300¡ãF. Inconel alloys are resistant to oxidation and have the ability to maintain its structural integrity in high temperature atmospheres.

Super Duplex UNS S32760 /F55 Flanges are made up of the super duplex grade of stainless steel. The material has 24% chromium, 6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, copper, tungsten, carbon, nitrogen, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, iron and sulfur. The UNS S31803 (ASTM F51) specification has been largely superseded by UNS S32205 (1.4462, ASTM F60). In addition, it allows to influence the nitrogen addition level rather than just being present as a background element.
