253 MA is a depleted austenitic heat-resistant alloy with high strength and excellent oxidation resistance. It provides excellent creep strength and resistance to oxidation, sulfidation and erosion at elevated temperatures in an alloy containing only 11% nickel. Inconel 625 is an austenitic nickel-based superalloy. High levels of molybdenum and niobium strengthen the chrome-nickel matrix of alloy 625 screws. Inconel 625 Bolts are fasteners made from a nickel-based alloy containing chromium and molybdenum, with additions of aluminum and titanium.

Hastelloy is a corrosion-resistant nickel alloy that contains other chemical elements such as chromium and molybdenum. This material has high temperature resistance and exceptional corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C276 is one of the grades of Hastelloy used in the oil and gas industry.Hastelloy nickel alloys are fully resistant to a vast array of chemicals, including highly acidic hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. It is also one of the few materials available that can withstand wet chlorine gas, chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite.

Stainless steels 304 and 304L are also known as stainless steels 1.4301 and 1.307 respectively. 304l stainless steel pipe is the most versatile and versatile stainless steel. ASTM A276 Type 316Ti is a material grade specification for 316Ti stainless steel cold-worked or hot-worked bar in round, square, hexagonal, and other hot-rolled extruded shapes. Alloy 316Ti studs do show surface corrosion, usually as a brown staining, which is particularly relevant for cracks and rough surface finish. The low thermal conductivity of austenitic alloys such as 316Ti studs causes heat to concentrate on the cutting edge, which means that coolants and lubricants are required and must be used in large quantities.

INCONEL (nickel-chromium-iron) alloy 600 is a standard engineering material for applications which require resistance to corrosion and heat. The alloy also has excellent mechanical properties and presents the desirable combination of high strength and good workability.

Inconel 625 was developed in the 1960s to create a material that could be used in steam pipes. Some modifications have been made to its original composition to make it more creep resistant and weldable.

Monel 400 Flanges the Monel 400 Flanges shows evidence of excellent temperature. On the other hand, properties such as Strength and hardness of the Monel 400 Lap Joint Flange is only slightly diminished with regards to the other properties like ductility or impact resistance.

Incoloy 800 is primarily used in applications up to 1100¡ãF, where 800H and 800HT alloys are typically used where creep and rupture resistance is required above 1100¡ãF. The chemical balance allows nickel steel alloys to exhibit excellent resistance to carburizing, oxidizing and nitriding atmospheres.

Monel 400 (UNS N04400) is a nickel-copper alloy with optimum high strength and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in a variety of severe acidic and alkaline environments. Monel is also used in pipes.

Super Duplex UNS S32750 is the most common Super Duplex grade on the market. UNS S32750 is a duplex stainless steel designed for use in corrosive chlorine-containing environments. It has very good localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance and high mechanical strength. Widely used in oil and gas, hydropower, pressure vessels, pulp and paper, structural parts and chemical tankers.

Grade 316 pipe bend is relatively easy to machine, although more difficult than carbon steel. More power is required to machine grade 316. Cutting speed should be lower, the feed higher, tooling and equipment heavier.

Alloy 825 bolts have good mechanical properties from low temperatures to moderately high temperatures up to about 1000¡ãF. Microstructural changes that significantly reduce ductility and impact strength occur when used at temperatures above 1000¡ãF.

Inconel 600 Bolts are composed of Chromium, Nickel and Molybdenum. This makes these bolts superior to stainless and carbon steel bolts. The lengths of these bolts are between 3mm and 200mm. Inconel 600 Hex Bolts are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. These bolts are designed to handle extreme temperatures and high pressures.
