Monel K500 bolts and nuts are used in a variety of industries due to their high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance and durability. It is a nickel-copper alloy with a composition of 63% nickel and 27% copper, among other elements.

Alloy 725 (UNS N07725) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy that is highly corrosion resistant and age hardened to twice the strength of annealed alloy 625. The strength of Alloy 725 is increased by heat treatment rather than cold treatment. This also gives strength to large uneven parts that cannot be strengthened by cold work.
