AL6XN is primarily used for its improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chlorides. It is a formable and weldable stainless steel.

Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Nickel Alloy 400 is known for its resistance to a variety of corrosive conditions, including alkalis (or acids), salt water, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid. Since Monel 400 or Alloy 400 is a cold worked metal, this alloy has high hardness, stiffness and strength. A flanged joint is composed of three separate and independent although interrdlated components; the flanges, the gaskets, and the bolting; which are assembled by yet another influence, the fitter. Special controls are required in the selection and application of all there elements to attain a joint, which has acceptable leak tightness.
A flange is a protruded ridge, lip or rim, either external or internal, that serves to increase strength (as the flange of an iron beam such as an I-beam or a T-beam); for easy attachment/transfer of contact force with another object (as the flange on the end of a pipe, steam cylinder, etc., or on the lens mount of a camera); or for stabilizing and guiding the movements of a machine or its parts (as the inside flange of a rail car or tram wheel, which keep the wheels from running off the rails). The most advantageous feature of welded joints such as A403 is that they provide additional grip and greater strength at the welded joint. This grade has different types of accessories. Duplex 2205 fasteners are made from cost-effective, long-lasting and corrosion-resistant steel. The grade of steel used to make fasteners can be ferritic, austenitic or dual phase steel. Duplex materials have the strength qualities of ferritic steels and the corrosion-resistant qualities of austenitic steels.

Inconel 600 bolts can be stretched up to 40% and still have excellent machinability. This Alloy 600 bolt has excellent creep rupture performance at elevated temperatures. These bolts are widely used in the petrochemical, chemical and natural gas industries.

C-22? alloy (UNS N06022) is a well-known nickel-chromium-molybdenum material, some of its main properties are resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, protection from Subject to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. C22 has a high chromium content and is more resistant to oxidation than C-276 alloy.

The flanges produced by us are said to be sturdy and leakproof.

This grade has an excellent chemical combination of nickel, chromium alloys with high levels of iron, niobium and molybdenum and small amounts of aluminum and titanium.

S31803 is the Unified Numbering System (UNS) designation for the original duplex stainless steel. The UNS system was created by multiple trade groups in the 1970s to reduce confusion when the same alloy was called different things, and vice versa. Each metal is represented by a letter followed by five numbers, where the letter represents the metal series, i.e. S for stainless steel.

For paper mill applications requiring lower alloy grades that do not have sufficient corrosion resistance. Based on a 22% chromium content, they have a combined austenitic:ferritic microstructure that provides greater strength, corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness.

The UNS S31803 (ASTM F51) specification has been largely superseded by UNS S32205 (1.4462, ASTM F60). This reflects their desire to maximize the alloy’s corrosion properties, thanks to the development of the AOD steelmaking process, which allows for tighter control of composition. In addition, it allows to influence the nitrogen addition level rather than just being present as a background element. Therefore, the highest performing duplex grades seek to maximize the content of chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo) and nitrogen (N).

Inconel reductants are unique blends of nickel, molybdenum and chromium content with niobium content. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in chloride-containing environments.

Inconel 601 flanges are made of nichrome. Its material grade varies with the composition ratio. The composition of grade 601 is 58% nickel, 21% chromium, carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, copper and iron. And it has different types such as socket welding flange, butt welding flange, Inconel 601 sliding flange, orifice flange and so on. Flanges made of this material are strong, resistant to acids, reducing agents and oxidation, and are harder to resist corrosion in many harsh environments.

Apart from this, they can be easily elongated by 30% and still possess excellent workability.

Unlike chrome-nickel steel, this steel does not reduce corrosion resistance due to carbide precipitation. Inconel WNR 2.4668 Nuts are used in excellent procedures including welding materials to more or less materials of the same chemical composition, this is used in the manufacture of tools for the management of sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
