ASTM B564 UNS N08810 Blind Flanges Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Flanges are furnished with nickel-chromium-iron alloys that intend outstanding resistance and strength at harsh environments. The flanges exhibit superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Even more, it also shows superior intergranular corrosion, stress rupture and creepy aspects. The welding of these flanges is done using various techniques such as MIG, TIG and more.

The material is denser than the ordinary stainless steels and has 1411 degrees Celsius melting point. These flanges belong to the ASTM B564 specification and the standards are ASME, ASTM, DIN and other international standards such as ASME B16.5, B16.47 and so on.

HASTELLOY(r) C276 can be formed by cold working using conventional techniques.

C-276 alloy is normally solution heat-treated at 2050¡ãF (1121¡ãC) and rapid quenched. If possible, parts which have been hot-formed should be solution heat-treated prior to final fabrication or installation.

Alloy 316H (UNS S31609) is a high carbon modification of Alloy 316 developed for high temperature service. This alloy has higher strength at elevated temperatures and can be used in structural and pressure vessel applications above 932¡ãF (500¡ãC). The higher carbon content of 316H also provides higher tensile and yield strengths than 316/316L, and its austenitic structure provides excellent toughness at low temperatures.

The chemical composition of Monel K500 Nippo Flanges provides great resistance to a lot of corrosive environments, such as pitting, crevice corrosion, inter ¨C granular corrosion, and stress ¨C corrosion cracking. Monel K500 Spacer Flanges has useful resistance to boiling sulfuric acid up to 40 % concentration, to 60 % concentration at 176 Degree F and in all concentrations to 150 Degree F.
