Nickel Alloy 400 and Monel 400, also known as UNS N04400, is a ductile nickel-copper-based alloy consisting primarily of two-thirds nickel and one-third copper. Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium alloy that is hardened by the addition of molybdenum and niobium, so the alloy does not need to be aged. It has excellent resistance to various corrosive environments and the high temperature effects of oxidation and carburization.

Stainless steel, thanks to its passive chromium oxide coating, does not react with other substances. Thanks to this, it can be freely used in contact with food. Strict HACCP standards require the use of stainless steel in contact with food. All because steel is non-toxic and easy to keep clean. Stainless steel elements can be cleaned with most common detergents and we do not have to worry that the steel surfaces will lose their properties or change their appearance.

A182-F11 has good process performance and welding performance, and high durable strength at 500 ~ 550¡æ.

Alloy 31 is a nitrogen-added iron-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, and we can supply alloy 31 wrought material to ASTM B637. Alloy 31 has excellent corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline halide media; excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, even at high concentrations; excellent corrosion and erosion corrosion resistance in phosphoric acid media.

Alloy B Its popularity has been hindered by its availability. All of these materials are good against reducing acids, but very hard against oxidizing acids. Due to the high molybdenum content, this alloy is relatively expensive than other alloys. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance to medium-concentrated sulfuric acid and various non-oxidizing acids, good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and good resistance to various organic acids.

316 stainless steel bolts are made of corrosion-resistant and strong austenitic stainless steel. The material is composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other elements. This provides a high yield strength of 205MPa and a minimum tensile strength of up to 515MPa for 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts.

The combination of high strength, corrosion resistance and moderate weldability has many benefits but also bring disadvantages and limitations. High strength is a disadvantage when forming and machining. The higher strength also means that the metal is less ductile than austenitic grades. This means that these steels are not good when the goods being produce require any degree of complex forming. It is also worth bering in mind that evemn if the item can be formed in duplex steel greater forces are required. The metallurgy of duplex stainless steels is much more complex than for austenitic or ferritic steels whith the result that they are more complex and therefore expensive to produce. Howver the lower quantity of nickel in them as compared to austenitic grades does help to keep the cost down and reduce price volatility.
